Doesn't look like it. The guard stood up and tried to block him. He might have brushed him when the guy was standing up but I don't think that's a penalty. Regardless, that wasn't the call. In both of those situations a drop back pass was an awful call, he also wasted the TOs that would have given them a chance to go down and win it in the last minute
