I probably will not be real accessible for the first day or two and I'll be at work at the deadline on most days, but I'll give this one a shot.

In order to give anyone who will have issues with the first day deadline being monday 3pm ET, There will be no vote that day, the only thing I will need by that deadline will be a PM with a choice of where you would like to go your first day off the boat.
I have decided that it won't hurt the game at all for those to be announced before the game starts, so anyone who won't be available for Day0 can PM their choice to me before they leave for the weekend. I will have that list up later tonight. |

If everyone would prefer, I could start the game on Friday with Day 0, same deadline of monday. I know some people aren't going to be around this weekend though, so it wouldn't be fair to move the start day up earlier I don't think. Is there anyone opposed to starting on friday and just running one long weekend day to start? |

3-4 days I think in most cases is enough for signups. There are still some people that don't play much these days that I would love to see play again, but there will be more games after mine, and I'm pretty excited about everyone who's signed up to play this game. |

Given everyone already signed up, I think we have a strong enough group herre. Let's get it going!

Based on the responses I have gotten in this thread and via PM, I fully plan on starting up the game during the early part of the day tommorrow. Unless I get some serious objection from someone that I really want to play in this game that this is tough on them, I'll go with this.
Day 0 will still end on Monday though, so will be a 72 hour long extended day 0, I do have people who won't be on at all during the weekend. |

Finally, as everyone has boarded the ship and settles in, you all walk up on to the deck to wave goodbye to the city of Miami. As Florida becomes less and less visible in the distance, you take a look around the ship and try to decide what to do first. This will be an excellent vacation!
Each of you have received the following pamphlet, listing all of the possible activities to be done at your first destination of Cozumel, Mexico: The Conquistadors first saw Mexico from the shores of Cozumel while searching for gold. Today, visitors to the island continue to seek out gold and silver jewelry in the shops of San Miguel while having a great time in its many local bars and restaurants. Plus, the waters around Cozumel's sheltered coral reefs make this one of the best snorkeling areas in the world. - Explore the ruins of the ancient Mayan city of Tul'um - Chankanaab National Marine Park - Sit back and relax in the white sand of Playa Mia Beach - Take a Jeep Safari adventure through the tropical landscape of Cozumel's east side. - Join the Fiesta party boat for a fun-filled trip to Playa del Sol with margaritas, rum punch and a live band - Take a two-person canoe to a private peach paradise, Passion island - Snorkel in the clear sapphire-colored water around Cozumel's coral reefs. -Go shopping in Cozumel, which is regarded as the "St.Thomas of the Western Caribbean." Find great prices on diamonds, colored gemstones, jewelry, watches, gold, silver or even Oriental Rugs. You can also find mexican housewares or various local crafts. In addition to these various sites, you can also choose to just stay aboard the ship if you are not feeling well or do not want to see Cozumel. Day 0 has started. Today there is no vote even though you are traveling to Cozumel, Mexico. The only Action that I need today is a PM from each of you listing your choice of which of the above activities that you wish to go on for Day 1. Some of the activities are limited in the number of people attending, so a good idea might be to list your top 3 choices in a PM to me. Day 0 ends Monday 3pm ET. All PMs are due by that point. |

Everyone should have received a PM. If you didn't get it, please let me know. Also remember if you wish to talk to me or ask questions via AIM, please drop me a PM with your AIM name so I can add you to my list. (I can't receive messages from people not on my list).

Yep, first come, first serve only for specific activities that have a limit. Yeah.. that should be private beach paradise. That must have gotten past the cruise line editor staff. |

"Oh joy, the boat is going...I do say, I do think this will be a blast, y'know I do alot of passive research thanks to the almighty television, and they had this program on about sharks...and then y'know, I know something about sharks, isn't that nice...and so, you know I think I recall that if you see a shark barrelling down on you as you swim around, give a nice snog on the nose before it slides you down it's gullet and it'll just spit you right out, pat-tooey...and then you can say bye-bye mr. sharky...or toothy...wouldn't that be a great animal character, just like Flipper and Lassie...Sharky the friendly shark, but not too friendly...so yeah, no swimming for me...Where's the bar?!?"
(OOC: checking in, be back Monday)

My initial assumption is that each activity corresponds to a role, for example: - Explore the ruins of the ancient Mayan city of Tul'um seer? - Chankanaab National Marine Park - Sit back and relax in the white sand of Playa Mia Beach seer? - Take a Jeep Safari adventure through the tropical landscape of Cozumel's east side.bodyguard? - Join the Fiesta party boat for a fun-filled trip to Playa del Sol with margaritas, rum punch and a live band wolves? - Take a two-person canoe to a private peach paradise, Passion island lovers? - Snorkel in the clear sapphire-colored water around Cozumel's coral reefs. -Go shopping in Cozumel, which is regarded as the "St.Thomas of the Western Caribbean." Find great prices on diamonds, colored gemstones, jewelry, watches, gold, silver or even Oriental Rugs. You can also find mexican housewares or various local crafts. Those are just wild guesses. |

Maybe staying on the boat is a vanilla villager role as well.

My initial thought was that might be a prime place to be converted to a wolf by one of the crew members.

Maybe not a conversion, but if you choose to stay on the boat you'll become a wolf. I think the boat will be either where the vanilla villagers come from or where the wolves come from. |

Just generic crew, not a specific player. We know the first officer or whoever was killed last night, so there's got to be a starting point for the wolfdom to spread from to the active players.
