I'm starting to think that we weren't supposed to, but either way, that was a very poorly done intro.

Wow I'm sure MBBF is going wild since it has been decades since the Chiefs won anything...especially in the Super Bowl (championships).

But Ryan, Sanchez, the Jets' odd history, the big market factor, the fact that people would be polarized and into it (either pro or anti-NY).

To me, the Jets were easily the least interesting part of the final four teams. I would have been ok with the Vikings, tho, as them and the Saints seemed like a coin flip for the best team in the NFC this year. Tho I'm happier with the New Orleans storyline than the Brett Favre one.

Wrong, but funny.

That said, Waters is on one of the radio stations in KC a lot and he seems like a good guy who is into a bunch of charity. Nice to see him win something for doing good.

We counting that commercial a ripoff or homage (particularly since they got Larry in it)?

Is it weird that I know exactly what program they used to produce these graphics and that I could likely recreate them. I figure a billion dollar company would have more high tech stuff.

Against a team like the Saints the Colts better score touchdowns instead of settling for field goals.

Sounds like all the flack and hype about the Tebow commercial was just that. Seems pretty innocuous but they got a couple of weeks worth of free advertising.

Darn advertising. I could really go for some Doritos. (not so much because of the direct content of the indirect showing of them repeatedly)

Cute Coke ad. I wonder if Pepsi will end up regretting not buying Superbowl ads this year and instead going the social route.

Saints have better have a backup plan because Manning and Moore are
too good to just blitz all the time. Seems like the Colts came in with the perfect gameplan.

I may eat these words later but they've been doing more cutesy humor than stupid humor so far this year. Less edgy but less cringy

I am so freaking sick and tired of hearing about Dwight Freeny's ankle. He should suck it up. I played very high level soccer with 4 torn ligaments in my ankle. Pleasant? No. Doable? Yes.

Nevermind that soccer players play for 90 minutes without breaks.

I don't want to bring LOGIC into this!

Though seriously, if they hadn't made SUCH a big deal of it for the last 2 weeks I might not care. I'm beginning to think a drinking game is in order...
