South Carolina needs 10-15 yards to be in true FG range, 0:15 and 2 TO's...

Big play.. now they can take a shot at the end zone with :11 to play and still 1 TO..

wait, now they use it?

Now you have to go for the EZ and not get sacked.

Les Miles would have called a triple reverse with a pass back to the QB who promptly fumbles the ball into the endzone where they recover and win.

Or throw the INT.

You throw that in the BACK of the end zone, not the front.

South Carolina blew it. This will likely be the highlight of Joker Phillips career at Kentucky.

*chuckles* The Wisconsin fans do their traditional Jump Around (basically turn the stadium into the world's biggest pogo pit), to start the fourth..

And the Ohio State Players say "Gee, that looks like fun, oh btw, NOT INTIMIDATED" and start pogoing too.

Pretty much all opponents do it regardless of score. It's a fun tradition for all around. Badgers players rarely do it.

Penthouse to outhouse, return-of-the-genius to time-to-retire in a span of a week. As irritating as Spurrier has frequently been through the years, cfb is much better off with him being meaningful than as an afterthought, and I kinda hate to see this loss because of it.

Badgers need a good drive here that doesn't end in a field goal.

The biggest call of the game so far is Bielema not going for it on 4th down in OSU territory on 4th and 1 with how we've been running the ball all game and for how many of our defensive players have gone down so far. Badgers don't have the depth at DL/LB to keep up with very good players and that's what's killing us right now is the trenches on defense. It's basically the opposite of the first half.

Yes, this is the Pryor I've been waiting for, rattled. He was rattled after the Badgers opened up the game on top quickly and now after a Badger touchdown he's made two bad throws. Lets go, one more stop!

edit: make that 2 and a half, looked catchable there but not a good throw.

Odds on TMQ writing the words "Game Over" in his notebok right now?

'Bama is bringing their C game, but Ole Miss is doing next to nothing so 'Bama is up 10-0. I have to wonder if McElroy isn't doing another mid season swoon. He's off a lot on his passes.

Florida missed a 42 yd FGA with seconds to play, Miss State goes into the Swamp and upsets the Gators 10-7

How down is the SEC East right now? UGA is a half game out of 1st place in the division & if they beat Florida, could very well end up going to the conference c'ship game.

MSST didn't throw the ball once in the 2nd half. That's pretty impressive. UF's corners were even run-blitzing and they still gave up first downs and 10, 12 yard runs to MSST. Impressive old-school smash mouth football!

I forget what broadcast it was on but some announcer today was talking about how he didn't think it was outside the realm of possibilities that OSU could play Michigan State for the national title. Not only was that the most ignorant thing I have heard in a while but it's shelf life only lasted about half a day.

And their issue is that they they can't simply run the offense without him.

Watkins for 'Bama throws a punt return block that knocks two guys down. 'Bama has only 6 plays on their side of the field and yet are up 13-0. It should be 17, or 21-0.

16-3 'Bama at half. Just a painfully boring game due to it not being played all that well. Ole Miss has more penalty yards than yards. They only got 3 due to a fumble on the punt return. 'Bama gets drives, but can't do much of anything with them.

Had to laugh loudly at the Nebraska radio announcers at the end of today's game.

Quote:
PBP announcer: I don't think anyone in the nation thought that a NU loss was a possibility today. I'm stunned.

Color announcer: Yeah, when you have a UT team drubbed by UCLA, who was beat by KSU, who was beat by NU, there's no real way to fathom a result like this.

NU fans make UT fans seem humble and that's saying something. Loved the dose of castor oil today. Looking forward to the prime time matchup against OU in Columbia. Just hope the goofballs on College Gameday don't come to town.

What a response from Locker and the Huskies. Take an early fumble away and we could be up by 4 TD's.

Had to leave at halftime of our game but holy crap looks like I missed a heck of a second half. I listened to as much as I could, but I had work obligations. Tyler Wilson apparently did great and then crumbled in the 4th quarter. And to whoever asked, yes, I stand by my statement that Brandon Mitchell should be our 2nd choice.

Well, looks like Boise State's going to lose their "We also play Nevada, they're semi-tough!" bulwark.

Kind of sad that their future is determined by how everyone else does and not what they do on the field. But such is the most retarded system in all of sports.

In fact, the record is pretty clear that Boise has been eagerly attempting to get in a better conference and finally got the invite they've been after for a long time.

A *real conference*? Then why don't you guys just secede from the NCAA and form your own football league. then you won't have to put up with anyone saying "Team X" is as good as any of them SEC teams".
