A&M is falling apart - and now we fell out of the Top 25! Yikes...

Wow...15 tackles, 3.5 sacks, 8 TFLs, and a forced fumble, and we still lose. So much for this season.

I'm just not playing that well. I must have a lingering injury.

That was an absolute monster game from Russ. A big reason for the drop might have to do with A&M losing their 92 overall rated running back. He was injured after game 3 and is out 73 more weeks with Repetitive Concussion Syndrome. Their #2 back was injured after game 3 as well, out 22 weeks with a torn knee ligament.

Bad news this week for a few FOFC players. David Gonzalez's college career came to an early end as he will be out the rest of the season after injuring his back and requiring back surgery. We'll have to see how Rob Nielsen and UCLA does without him.

The second big injury is Maury Ott breaking arm. He'll be healed in 4 weeks.

As much as I hate being a member of this team, I must say that I am impressed with Pitt's out of conference schedule of Missouri, Texas ATM, Penn State, Boise State, and Arkansas.

Major major upset this week in the world of college football. Arizona State, who lost their first three games by a combined score of 90-54, picked up their sixth straight win by ending #1 UCLA's 26 game win streak in a thriller, 38-35. Avery Thomas, redshirted all season, had his redshirt lifted today as the #1 and #2 quarterbacks were down with injuries. Thomas was given the start and had a great game, 19-37 for 288 yards and 3 touchdowns. His older brother Nick Thomas picked up 8 tackles, 2 for losses. Rob Nielsen went 16-27 for 268 yards and 2 touchdowns in his first game without David Gonzalez but it wasn't enough for the Bruins.

Dave Russ has been an absolute monster for Texas A&M these past few games as he picked up 2 sacks in today's 35-14 win over Oklahoma. He has 33 tackles and 8 sacks in the past 3 games. Andrew Foley had 6 catches for 84 yards in the win.

Ches O'Peake picked off his 3rd pass off the season as Maryland destroyed North Carolina, 49-17.

Look like Clyde's playing time has dropped quite a bit. Hopefully next season he'll get back on track.

You do not want to play UCLA after a loss, that's for sure.

On another note, Avery Thomas is a beast!

Nielsen and Russ are having terrific seasons. I still can't believe the numbers. Nielsen with 30 touchdowns and only 1 pick. And Russ with 18.5 sacks in 10 games. Nielsen very well may win three straight Heismans.

What's this "may" shit.

Though I need 5 touchdowns in my last 2 games to get to 40 TDs, breaking my own single season record. Coach better be game planning around that fact.

Two players careers ended today as they went down with injuries. Chas Swaggs and Moe Farley both went down with season ending injuries.

Craig Ingram had a big game in a 56-27 win for Stanford over Cal. Ingram went 16-26 for 303 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Arizona State picks up their 8th straight win as Avery Thomas put together another big game. 22-36 for 364 yards and 2 touchdowns. Nick Thomas picked up 11 tackles and 2 interceptions.

Wahoo McDaniel ran the ball 32 times for 126 yards and a touchdown in a 44-13 win over Duke.

Nick Phillips set the FOFC rushing record with 229 yards and a touchdown on 28 carries in a 63-57 Florida win over Georgia.
