The only improvement I can see to the NFL rulebook is to link the "football move" possession rule and the "falling to the ground rules to complete the catch" possession rule hierarchically.

But in any event, now that the emotion of the play is gone, maybe if Dez Bryant could make a catch like Giants rookie Odell Beckham, this wouldn't have ever even been an issue.
