Where in England are you going Lathum? I'm taking the kiddies to London for their first time on 4th July - really looking forward to it. My seven-year old son is really excited about seeing the dinosaurs at the Natural History Museum.

If Lathum and Spleen are interested any chance of an earlier start to accomodate them?

I'd recommend the small game, I don't think I can get the signups we need and everything configured in time for them to make sure they can play.

Are you sure Abe? The game likely won't start for another 10 days, so perhaps you could play then?

Yes please. It's going to have a ripple effect for a while at work. I was on vacation, so I have more to do, then add it, then add my normal stuff, etc.

I'm not going to be able to sign up for this one - I got the job offer I've been chasing. That is great news personally, but it means I'll be around here a lot less often for a few months at least.

Congrats! Perhaps there will be a Hoopsguy character that people can interact with in the game (though really if we don't get more signups, I'll likely have to change the game again).

Trying to stay one step ahead of the law, Crimson

I don't want the "Tell me about hoopsguy" conversation to happen anytime soon.

In all seriousness, it is a chance to work with smarter people on bigger clients on newer technology. I'm really excited about the work.

I am back from vacation and this sounds like a fun game...so count me in!

As long as he is not deemed too powerful, I'd like to go with Jack Bauer.

Still need more signups! We really need at least 18 or 19 to get this going. Im glad Autumn started a small game in the meantime.

I didn't want to interrupt Autumn's small game thread, but I just want to reiterate for those that may be holding back thinking this game is too complicated that it's not as much as it sounds and I will work with you to make it so it requires less time.

Again as an example, if you pick one character to be, really all you will have to do on a daily basis is give the following orders.

Attack Character
Interact Character

Oh and the interact character action isn't even something you have to do. It has a risk/reward element to it, so while you may miss out on good things if you choose not to take part, you may miss out on bad things happening to you as well.

I think you've missed Dubb as well Danny - Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage & Miss Elisabeth.

Bit too powerful if you ask me - we all know the only thing that can destroy the Megapowers is the Megapowers themselves.

And NTN wants to be Thursday Next. Which I googled and looks pretty interesting.

Some nag Thomkal and Bug (again) to play. I'd have thought Thomkal would be into it as he likes role playing in normal WW games.

Was thinking about trying it then I see the deadlines are listed in central time... central time? who wants to do that conversion? (I actually like going to visit that time zone as it makes the day feel longer when shows get done an hour early)

Not sure if I can commit the time. Will be leaving for a work trip to St. Louis on Tuesday and returning on Thursday evening. Monday will be swamped with last minute prep as everyone is going batsh** insane about this project. Tuesday will be final last minute prep in the morning and then off to the airport in the afternoon. Wednesday will be tied up until at least 8 PM that day (though there will probably be at least an hour added onto that as we discuss how day one went). Thursday will be an all day meeting and then off to the airport once that is over and won't be back home until sometime after midnight.

I don't want to commit and then be absent. For a couple reasons to be honest. One is that I'll be a quick lynch because "EagleFan is playing UTR" but most important is that I won't be adding anything to the game.

Alright, I am planning on sending out info sometime Monday with the first deadline Tuesday. A couple more signups would be good, but we'll be ok going with 19 I think as well if necessary.

S'all right. Everyone will be lynching DV first after the Batman game.

And I've got a bone to pick with Packer for making me think he was a wolf last game.
