I am actually glad they put a normal Muhammad on their cover. I was fearing some sort of over caricature Muhammad getting ass raped type cover that wouldn't have helped anything.

I'm not sure he's quite as 'normal' as you might think. Look a little closer.

Beside the more subtle parts, I'm pretty sure there's a firm rule about depicting him in any way, shape, or form.

There is a different is just depicting him and depicting him in a offensive manner. It isn't like Trey Parker and Matt Stone have to live in seclusion for their instance of putting Muhammad in the Super Best Friends (even though Comedy Central got scared a few years back and refused to air it anymore... its still on the season disc though).

Some dude with a website threatens something... its like saying if the Westboro Baptist Church protests somewhere that those folks have caused those Christians offense. Nutters gonna nut.

Like I said, I don't see Trey and Matt shut in and in hiding though.
