I changed mine yesterday and Alan was cool with it.

I still don't buy it. He knows (or is being advised) that if he claims bodyguard, the real bodyguard will no longer trust him. And, as I said, I'm staying after him unless someone else comes forward with something far more substantial. In my mind, risking that he may be thug, with the reward being that he could be the muscle is a worthwhile lynch unless better evidence is presented.

Well i had to do something with my money, and alan told me i had $100 less then i should have had. So im making the mental leap, although he has yet to confirm it. Im waiting for him to tell me why i wasnt notified, like when i was robbed

Your mental leap does not clear the hurdle, but think what you will.

I collected your trash, as I do for everyone. When I sorted through yours, I found the ad and a small coin purse with $100 in it. A little different than robbery, but if you cannot make that mental leap, so be it.

If you are going to focus your attempts on prosecuting me, you obviously have your own independent goals that are not consistent with those of the other townspeople, like me. That is fine--you are trying to win your independent game by yourself. I am trying to win mine for the townspeople.

I'm willing to be searched again. It will waste time/resources, but I am confident I have not commited a crime. Hopefully while you are wasting the law's time in wild goose chase, the rest of the people in this good city will join me in looking at Marathoner.

You have already said that you are looking for a precious gem to win the game. I have no doubt that you are cooperating with us while it is convenient. Leading a charge against me, over $100, when there has already been an investigation of me that will clear me is not in the townspeoples' interest. As I said, you are doing what you have to in order to win. I am doing what I have to in order to win.

It looks like we still have one detective left, as Tyrith was a police dispatcher. I don't understand why Swaggs hasn't been searched though.

I haven't really had much time to work out who we should be looking at today although bsak springs readily to mind. I think I'll let Blade do all the thinking and then agree with what he says. Save me having to strain my brain too much. Although bsak is either bad or a pawnbroker with a big mouth.

As hoops was missing yesterday we didn't get a vote count. For what it's worth here it is.

Marathoner - Swaggs (1140), Lathum (1254), ChiefRum (1281), DaddyTorgo (1300), BSak (1320), Lathum unvote (1345), Swaggs unvote (1401)

DaddyTorgo - Blade (1219), Narcizo (1240), kingfc (1277), Path (1310), Anxiety (1316), Barkeep (1329), Sndvl (1342), Lathum (1345), LSG (1365), Swaggs (1401), ImTheCrew (1406)

Swaggs - Marathoner (1301), Jonathon E (1312)

DaddyTorgo claimed that he had an non-specified role and then that he had a role at 1319.

He confessed on 1387, so votes on him after that aren't exactly ringing endorsements of the voter.

Bsak's vote put it at 5:5. But then people started to pile onto DT as he was looking more and more guilty.

I think kingfc comes out looking good from this. He voted for DT when he couldn't change it. I can't see a bad guy voting for one of their own and then leaving, unless he stands next in line to become the boss.

The only people who voted for Marathoner and kept their votes there are bsak and Chief Rum, although Swaggs switch doesn't really prove anything as it came so late.

We've got the results from the search of Swaggs pending. (it is still pending isn't it)? Despite Blade's antics this morning I still think Swaggs is ok. Chief Rum appears to be the bookie. Now Alan has stated that there's room for the independents to switch to good or evil so we can't rule him out from being evil. But I think we need to give him the benefit of the doubt for now. That leaves bsak looking as guilty as hell. Compounded by last night's über-suspicious comments.

I think he's the pawnshop owner. I think that that role is expressly said to be good, although I'm not sure. His voting patterns have been extremely suspicious though. Perhaps too suspicious for him to really be bad.

People I'm most suspicious of at the moment (in order of suspicion) = ImTheCrew, Bsak, Marathoner. I'm going to check their posts for this game.

It's just stuck me that Hoops stated that he was going to issue an arrest order on Marathoner if Swaggs came up clean. Low and behold he gets hit by a thug (lead piping, brute force attack) not long after. Marathoner looks very much like the thug role at the moment.
