Well, pretty much the whole bottle. I used half a cup of it on Wednesday to make the sauce for saltimbocca I made for dinner. I'm now putting a dent in the Blue Moon Belgian White Ales, which is something that HEB does carry.

It depends on the state you live in. If they sell beer at a warehouse club (Costco, Sam's BJ's), then that is probably your best bet. Other than that, probably you'll need to talk to a distributor.

What a great start to tonight! I drive to the liquor store, buy my schnapps and I'm a happy happy camper until I turn the ignition to the car.... click. Turn again... click. Keep turning... click... click. Great. I call Antmeister and I keep thinking oh man it's this or it's that... dammit if it's the alternator we're screwed. As it turns out all it needed was a battery jump thank goodness.

I just had some pizza and wings. Should have brought some beer instead. Oh well.
