Uh, that being said I am a villager.

lol, looks you already got your responses. When did you "pick" my theory apart? I don't even remember you arguing against my theory. I remember cronin. Are you confusing yourself with cronin?

Methinks you put too much importance on the yourself in my mind. Other than you killing Barkeep, I have barely noticed you.

I think it was easier, and less conspicious, for Purdue to vote for RendeR, who was in a tie rather than someone who was one vote back.

As far as the brutal wolf goes, I think the wolves sent him out for the night kill as often as they could since they would get the 2-1 if he was discovered. But I don't think this would come into play for the day votes we are examining.

Anyway, UTR guys always freak me out -- I've been lighter on them in this game because I felt like I'm UTR in a way myself -- which also means that I may have missed out on some stuff -- for example, I see AC as being UTR also, but I seem to recall some posts of analysis that might have been his.

DNA - placed a real impact vote on Path that tied him for the lead with RendeR. That is the first data point I have on him, for all intents and purposes

Arlington - has said he has a folding table in his possession

Those are my notes on the UTR guys.

Quick notes on the final votes here:
- both known/dead wolves moved late onto Chief Rum, who has now killed one of them. Gee, he looks pretty good here.
- Pass had his vote on Path (wolf) and it didn't move at the end. I want to go back and see if he was around with an opportunity to do so (based on posts after #1318). If not, that speaks well for him
- RendeR and Cronin both have votes on Chief. Both of their votes were in relatively early. I don't think either of them had a ton of incentive to move based on self-preservation, but it would look better for both of them to be on a now-known wolf than to be on an assumed villager
- MrDNA's vote on Path certainly increased the pressure on a wolf down the stretch, as it put him in a tie for the lead (going from memory here). Speaks well for him
- two of the three votes on RendeR are from assumed good villagers (Chief and RA) and the third from Olie

As stated above, next exercise is to review the votes and comments that day in full. After that, I would be interested in tracking the votes each day from Path and Purdue and comparing them to other players still in the game. The assumption behind that is that the wolves would try to stay dispersed in their votes when possible. If someone has their votes dovetail really closely with a known wolf that is a sign that they are more likely to be good rather than bad.

Excellent work and conclusions here. You did the work I was thinking about doing when I got home, so now you have saved me the trouble.

That was before the Purduebrad vote, though, right? So, maybe there was some coordination?

Fighting a bit of a migraine tonight so not much explanation for my vote. Just getting a wolf vibe from him and going with my gut as it did me well when I set my sights on Purdue early.

Plus, I know my role so it would seem that a wolf would want to get rid of me, expecially for saving CR (which makes me add him to my CoT even more).

This is what you said last time I asked you why you were suspicious of me. Given that you DON'T have a role other than wolf...

a) Has anything more happened to make you still suspicious of me?
b) Why did you lie about saying you have a role?

This is a very good point. While Render obviously loves the Bengals more than WW, and maybe even more than the Sabres, would he leave with his life on the line as a wolf? He was one of the three top votegetters when he last posted. It seems unlikely that he would disappear until well after the deadline while Purdue and path were struggling to manipulate a vote in which both path and Render could have been lynched.

For now...

I needed more time to think this out, but I ran out of time. Undecided how I feel about just about anyone. So here's a vote for the most UTR and unproven guy.

You are all exilirated and energized by the recent events of the day. The majority of you are sure render is a wolf. You advance on him and beat him senseless.

When you are done his limp body lays there and it is obvious he was just a villager.

I backed the RendeR vote idea. What was interesting to me was how hoops backed off of the idea late, but didn't change his vote.

RA is in CoT. This leave oliegirl and hoops. I have a good vibe from hoops (hopefully not wrong there) and no vibe from oliegirl so no read at all at the present.

You all awake in the morning and realize one of you is missing. Your hearts sink when you realize ChiefRum isn't there. You look all over for him and eventualy find whets left of him by mangled and gnawed on. He was an ordinary villager.

OK, I now am officially confused as to why Path/Purdue moved on Chief Rum instead of RendeR the other day. My only guess is they got greedy - wanting to pick and choose who got removed from game instead of taking the guy that the villagers were helping them acquire?

Hmmm, right now the people in the thread with me are Neon (wolf), path (wolf), Lathum, RA, Pass and hoops.

I have RA in CoT so does that mean that Pass and hoops were joined by their fallen wolf brethren to watch CR and RendeR go down?

My good vibe on hoops is slipping, but I still think AC is somehow a wolf. He keeps not playing the table and stays suspiciously absent much of the time.

I definitely want to hear what Arlington did today.

Having him and DNA miss votes is definitely frustrating. That said, I want to make the right vote, rather than sending a "punishment" vote their way.
