I have no idea what Chubby is smoking this morning. Him and saldana continue to accuse me, with zero basis. I've done nothing but contribute to the village. Shall I go over my strategies? I am perhaps the only person who argued AGAINST lynching both GE and Gram, even before Gram's reveal.

I now wonder if Chubby could be a cowboy. His play would be strange if he were, but he's played strange games before.

1.) lets see if Spleen will verify the type of death. I expect he will. 2.) NTN, do you learn if the person you interview is armed? If so, was Cronin armed when you spoke with him on Night 2? 3.) Can anyone verify that Chubby has a gun? I believe he has stated that he does, but can anyone confirm this? Today is probably going to be a tougher day for me in terms of participation - have quite a bit going on with work including a presentation. But I'll should still be able to pop in a few times to see where this heads. |

Fouts did in fact have his throat slit. It appears he was the teacher. I found teaching materials on him.
I was giving something a lot of though last night and I am sure this won't be really considered by everyone else considering all of the crazy crap I have posted. Anyway.... I think we need to give a serious look at Barkeep. He was the one that originally asked for all of the role reveals. I know this seems like a stupid play for a cowboy and no one thinks he would do that. That is the main reason why I think we need to take a look at him. We are clearly not on the trail of any cowboys. So, I think it is time to look within the folks who are supposedly trusted. If anyone has any information that will clear him, I am welcome to hear it. |

Spleen I appreciate the love, but it seems to me that Chubby is pretty hot on the trail of a cowboy, going by the name of st.cronin.

Damn! Fouts.
Lathum says, Fouts put a big target on himself. What did he say? -He suspected LSG, but I don't think this was based on evidence...just his intuition I believe. -He said we should elect Swaggs. -He said he didn't buy into NtN's "CoT". On these last two I agree with him. I don't feel comfortable with the way those folks have built their trust in each other. AND I'm supporting Swaggs for sheriff. /elect Swaggs It sounds like Chubby has some things to say about Cronin. I'm interested in how that goes down. |

not Honestly, the way to play as a villager is the same as the perfect wolf game - stay under the radar, don't post anything. It's really unbelievable how the most vocal villagers draw suspicion every game. There are quite a few players who have hardly drawn any suspicion, and have hardly posted anything of significance. And then there's Chubby, always tired, always throwing around crazy misinformation. |

What's the issue with ntndeacon? Why are people looking to change sherriffs again?

I'm new to WW and all, but does it make sense for the wolves to target someone who is pointing a finger at one of their own?
So does Fouts' death suggest LSG is a cowboy? Maybe I missed how Fouts painted a target on himself. As for me, I've pressed pretty hard on Saldana for two days, and yet I live. Is that because I haven't been able to garner any additional support. The list of folks I'm okay with is pretty darn small, and that is a problem. |

Swaggs is 100 percent townfolk. That is the one thing I'm reasonably sure of. Ok reasonably sure of is more correct than 100 percent, but unless the cowboys timed a corruption event of Swaggs for after he was released last night, I think he is the best bet for a sheriff.

I wouldn't be TOO sure of that. In the game I ran several games ago, there was a wolf with duke ability - and he used it to save a villager. It appears that in this game abilities are tied to roles, and the roles were randomly assigned to sides, so there's no reason to think that Swaggs was bad. |

I don't know what's up in this particular case, but the strategy you mention can have uses at times, especially in a "it's so obvious it's brilliant" sort of way.

Tough to Dola in WW. Swaggs is, I believe, the one person living who has done a concrete in game action to benefit the towns people. He's been in jail, and not susceptible to corruption. He is as good as gold. |

If you are a cowboy, this is a nice reply. I really think the cowboys are way ahead of us at this point and it is time to start thinking outside of the box. There has to be a cowboy amongst the group of folks throwing around all of the information. Who ever it is, is doing a good job of throwing us of the cowboy trail. This is what I am going to try to focus on and figure out. |

I think I'd rather stick with ntn as sheriff for the time being. I do think that his explanation last night of his abilities -- particularly that he cannot tell if someone is cowboy or villager -- disrupts the CoT and puts some people back into play.
But ntn, I do not understand not going for those who you are suspicious of. I actually read what you said about your ability to mean that you would have a chance to convert a cowboy to good if you met up with one.....

I don't believe it is possible for ntndeacon to be a cowboy. I believe there is a remote possibility that Swaggs is a cowboy. The worst case scenario for the village is having a cowboy in that office.

Not to push you one way or the other, but we seem to be getting near the stage where you might want to think about using your ability before you don't have the chance anymore........especially if something develops during the day. If I were a cowboy, you would be getting near the top of my list since you are an obvious threat.

Path, I agree with having to reassess the trust list based on what NTN revealed last night. When we met, I didn't get information in my PM that explicitly said that he learned my allegiances, role, or anything of that nature. But the wording of the PM led me to believe he was in fact a seer-type.
Cronin was the person he saw on Night 2 and I expect we will be finding out about him in the near future, either through duel or jail process. - someone duels Cronin, assuming Cronin loses we learn his role and allegiance - someone duels Chubby, assuming Chubby loses we learn his role and allegiance. If good, then we move to Cronin - we jail/lynch Cronin - same result - we jail/lynch Chubby - same result It is pretty clear at least one of these guys is a Cowboy. I think there is about a 1% chance that they could be two Cowboys playing off each other to get absolute trust. I think they would have to have pretty solid numbers (5+) and nerves of steel to do that. |

I don't think Chubby is a cowboy, I think he's just mistaken or deluded - or else misleading us for some end. He tends to play fairly off-center strategies, trying to move the game in a way that the rest of us have a hard time understanding.
I'm not sure what he's up to, but I assure you all that I did not leave my house last night. |

Since some people are a little slow on the hints and since my ass is likely dead tonight...
I'm the Pinkerton Detective I "snoop" on players at night as my night action, i.e. I follow them. I watched Fouts last night who did nothing but go to sleep only to have his throat slit by St Cronin. Full details of who I've watched each night and what they did coming. |

grrr...
Night 1 - Snoop on Saldana - Saldana passes Barkeep after he was closing up the saloon (confirming to me Barkeeps bartender role) - Goes NE to GE's house, they talk briefly and GE hands over his gun and Saldana arrests him - Head to the SE of town to Lathum's house, Lathum isn't home. Lathum is walking home from the west. Saldana and Lathum talk with Lathum shaking his head strongly, Lathum turns over his gun willingly and is arrested. - Saldana goes home to the NW and nothing else happens. |

Night 2 - Snoop on Ntndeacon
- He goes home to the SE. - Goes to the SW of town to St Cronin's house and is welcomed inside. They sit inside for a while talking, with St Cronin doing most of the talking. - Heads home. - He sees Swaggs getting arrested and watches. - Goes home to sleep |

Night 3 - Snoop on SnDvls
- Goes home to NE of town - Goes to sleep - I hear gunshots nearby run over to the house I heard them and peer in the window to see GE dead with his gun in his hand. - Hoops runs over. - Gramm runs over from the direction of path's house - ntndeacon and the deputees show up - bullet shows up - ntndeacon points at gramm, has him arrested and takes his gun - Check back on SnDvls who is still asleep |

St Cronin has been coming after me from the start which isn't a surprise with what I witnessed last night. Then whe I blow his cover he trys to buddy up?
Now his defense is that the mime impersonanted him? Come on now... When the cowboys come for me tonight it'll be 2 for 1. I nailed St Cronin and whoever guns me down will get caught by the Sheriff since I'll be tailing him tonight. If they come at me with a knife I'll have my self defense gun, if they shoot then the sheriff and deputees will hear the gunfire. |

Being the detective doesn't give me the ability to know a person's role, it only lets me watch what they are doing that night.
I have to work 2pm - 10:30 EST tonight so I'll have any votes in before I leave for work but if anyone has any questions fire them now. |

I was waiting for this. Fwiw, I don't think Anxiety can be ruled out for this, but it would be quite the coincidence. ------ I'm hoping that this is our first big break. We can't lynch Cronin today, but are we sure that we'll have his role and alignment revealed if he is gunned down? I don't think it makes much sense to let him live out the day. Especially if we think we'll know his allegience at the end of the day. If he turns out to be a villager, then we have Anxiety and Chubby to look at. |
