Well, it comes to this. I don't buy the whole can't be converted thing. I have a hard to buying that we have 2 seers looking for musketeers, plus all these dukes running around.
vote blade I am debating whether to accept the duel challenge. Would it be better to keep around a duke, or path, if the duels go as people think they will go. |

I should say a duke that has used his powers vs path and his being blackmailed everyday.

Blade can't be converted, can scan for musketeers, and has to challenge anyone doubting his word. Blade is one powerful guy.

I think the person who has gotten the least amount of scrutiny today, with not too much reason for avoiding it, is St. Cronin. Sorry you weren't hear the last two days, but we are now in Day 4 and need to start building a resume on people.
You are unvouched for at this point in the game. We know you were not around during Day cycles but I have no idea if that applies to Night cycles. In this respect you are unique in the game, without having soemone vouch for you and not having revealed any kind of role information. |

Fouts, you may be exactly right about Blade overstating his role. The problem is that he does it as both a good guy and a bad guy.
Are we right now at the point in the game where we feel like we need to learn about him for better or for worse? If so, we should make that move today. If not, then hopefully one of our roles is able to learn some information about him soon - I fully expect that the bad guys are having to move around at night to complete their kills, so even without a seer we have the option of playing a waiting game. |

Yeah, I'm not 100% sure about him, but he smells more fishy that Lathum or CW. If Tyrith guarded blade last night, and he really can scan for musketeers, blade is dead tonight. |

I'm just worried we are giving up two good guys tonight (path & lathum), then 2 kills tonight. I doubt there is anything I can do without incriminating evidence though.

Pretty inclined to agree with you, barring someone lying about their role. Blade being around tomorrow would obviously ratchet up the suspicion level.
But we are going to be down to a small game tomorrow, no matter who is left. Without some meaningful information emerging, it is going to be one bloody day of accusations between the remaining players. |

If I were a wolf, no way you would live, if you really can scan for musketeers. The voters could be persuaded otherwise the next day, can't leave that to chance. Fortunately for you, nobody else sees it the same way I do. |

Would have to get LSG to let go of her duel in order for the challenge to stick, and that doesn't seem too likely.

Because... can blade scan for musketeers, can't be converted, must challenge people if his word is questions, AND be great with the pistol/sword?
Is his role that powerful?? |

Becuase i dont believe you to be evil. You have the straight duke role, he could just avoid one duel. I would prefer not to fight you

I absolutely agree with this, and it was part of my "plan" when I realized my role ... bluff an important role to see if I could make a bodyguard block happen, or else end up getting lynched. If a villager is going to get lynched, I would prefer it be one whose ability is to hide from the voting. Alas, my plan has failed, and I am still here. |

Right now I actually like Lathum and DaddyTorgo as mouseketeers. Blade is certainly a possibility as well. Fouts point about Blade suddenly becoming mild-mannered definitely rang bells with me, although who knows. His story is plausible, on it's face.

If Gram gives us path vs. LSG instead of blade vs. fouts it's going to be like watching jets/bills instead of chargers/broncos.

Hmm ... I'll help make sure the majority vote sticks. As far as the duel, I think we are much higher risk/reward with Fouts/Blade than with Path/LSG.
Wish I knew what the outcome was going to be on the Warlord lynch before having to try and pick a duel that I would prefer. I'm not sure our votes actually impact which one comes up, but I suppose vocalizing a preference gives some indication of trust levels, which can be used to measure where a player sits. So even if it is irrelevant, I think it is a good exercise. I vote for Path/LSG for today, but if we are without information tomorrow with both players alive I would be all for that showdown. I have those guys higher on my suspicion meter as well - above Blade and Fouts both, which is why I'm less than enthused about a potential showdown there. But at least we have a demonstrated role from Lathum and a semi-vouch for DT (from Brian). So Warlord and you are the two with the least coverage. Without some late-breaking analysis or information, I expect my vote will stay on the guy getting nookie from his woman this evening. |

If I'm being honest, and trying to win the game to the fullest extent, path/LSG is a much better duel. Blade/fouts is fraught with risk. However, blade/fouts would certainly be fun, no matter the result, so I'm much more excited for that. It's the horrible choice between prudent and interesting.

For the sake of the game I want a blade/fouts duel, but I cannot turn down a duel with Path. Does it say somewhere in the rules only one duel a night? And I dont have strong feelings about CW being bad, but if it helps the village...
[b] vote coffee warlord [b/] I doubt this bolding works, but hopefully Gramm takes it. His write up tonight is going to take forever to write. |
