I do have to say I wish BK had been here up until deadline and this had the same result in a different manner. I definitely hope he is alright.

The reoranization meeting gets called early. As you enter the room you see Barkeep49 laying in the middle of the room with a pink slip pinned to his chest.
You search his body and find an employee badge. He was a normal worker. With 4 of you left you begin to wonder what is next. What does Lumbergh have planned for everyone. Danny steps forward, turns to PurdueBrad and says "You have survived because you don't even work here. Get out." "As for Autumn, you can join dubb.. errr you can join Drew and both be my interns. dubb is being promoted to your boss. You will serve us both. Now I must take my new Porsche out for a spin." Danny leaves leaves the office and heads towards his car, parked neatly in the spot labeled Lumbergh. Game Over, Insiders Win. |

Great game guys, especially PB and Chief Rum. The wolves almost had a bing runaway and you guys saved it. Definitely one or two things I would have done differently here. I feel much more natural as a regalar cube dweller.

I'm disappointed I left the game the way I did. I don't feel I played any differently than I have in the recent past.
It is what it is, I guess.

Good game to both sides, it was fun watching some of the chess match that was playing out at the end.
It was also amazing how many times this game almost turned heavy to one side or the other. clap was scanning Danny the night he was killed. He was going to be 2 for 2 in scans. |

It was strange watching the game play out knowing that the wolves knew who the bodyguard was but never attacking him, and then for the wolves to still win.

Another amazing thing was the day one vote. Not one wolf involved in voting out the person who was lynched.

I hope I am a villager next game, being a wolf is exhausting! I tried to play the same way I always did and post my true thoughts about everything. It's about the only way I can play a wolf since I am a bad liar

I'd say the only thing is the items. I was the only wolf who really had any idea how to possible get one and I usually wasn't online for the morning info posts. The villagers getting the mask instead of us definitely played a large part.

Was a fun game to read along with.
I sort of had figured Claphamsa - Schmidty's roles, but I had guessed them backwards (obviously the wolves did the same). I had guessed PurdueBrad was the bodyguard by day one or two I think. I had figured Danny out as a wolf by day 2 (I think it was day 2, whenever it was after Hoops had died). I had guessed correctly on Dubb being good early in the game, and also guessed correctly that he was the convert late in the game. Chief pretty much revealed before I had any chance to guess if he was good or bad. I had read Lathum correctly, and later read Autumn as good correctly. I also guessed Abe was good by day 2 as well. ---------- I incorrectly thought lerriqs was bad, I also had convinced myself by day 3 I think that Barkeep was bad, so was wrong on both of those. I also had absolutely no idea how to read Poli and was suprised he was a wolf. I always have a difficult time figuring him out. |

I'm really thrilled Danny and Dubb pulled this out. I was very disappointed that dubb and I didn't get to get into our typical strategy talks, though.

One thing I noticed about the items is that the newer players seemed to jump on them quicker than the vets.
I wanted to get people involved in thinking about the game a little and not just about the players involved. For the record on the rope. I was surprised that Autumn tied himself to CR. I tried to make that something that could be just as bad for the person doind it as it would be good. The two of them would have fought off an attack, but not learned the attackers identity or anything about the person (couldn't make it that powerful) but then Autumn and CR would have been injured enough that they would not be allowed to post in the thread or vote during the entire next day phase. I tried to give each item an up side and a down side to get the person with it thinking about the consequences. Also any transfer of the object would be public so surprise would only work for the person that found it. The stapler was the weakest of the items, only giving a 10 percent chance to fight off the attacker. Also, sorry about the paper towels Danny... |

I guess I have to say my gut feeling. When I spoke with Hoopsguy after he had died, my reasoning was basically how you had played that game. It just jumped out as completely wolfish to me. (to the point where I had you listed as my #1 wolf choice). My next two choices lerriuqs and Barkeep I was not quite as sure of and was going back and forth between trying to decide if I felt Barkeep more wolfish or TheJackal more wolfish actually. Day three however, the way Barkeep commented on things pretty much convinced me that he was bad, to the point I sent him an IM asking him if he was the wolf. I was incorrect however obviously |

Sorry. Thought I'd voted earlier. Got stuck in a meeting that ran long and didn't get to check-in before baseball. I really apologize to the 4 other guys left, especially PB, and to EF. I shouldn't have missed this vote.

I figured it was almost certain they were going after Chief htat night. I figured using the rope would help him survive, and then also clear me and give us a bigger circle of trust. It seemed like losing a day of "speech" was worth it since i hoped the writeup would make it clear that we were both good.
I also didn't want to transfer it as I figured that would take away any surprise value in the item. I might have held on to it for later in the game but it looked like I was going to get lynched. PB, you made up the thing about seeing someone that looked like dubb and I, right? |
