Is it my perception that Griffin bounces a lot of throws?

I'd like to see a rule where pass interference on a 2 point conversion is an automatic conversion. The penalty is nothing.

That's just ridiculous.
It's also not true.
The Patriots lost in week one against the tied-for-first Miami Dolphins by 13 points. But if we ignore that game, they still won four of their nine against opponents not leading their division (Vikings, Raiders, Jets and Bears.)

Of course, that doesn't take away from the impressive series of wins over the Bengals, Broncos, Colts and Lions (the Bills also lead their division when faced by the Patriots.)

Considering the only reason the pats scored the TD was another cheap shot on a defensless player on the fg attempt.. this holds no water for me. It was two classic gutless punk moves by two gutless punks.

Depressing loss for my beloved Cards today-the defense was pretty awesome-7 sacks, held the 'Hawks to four FG's until they finally broke through with a TD, but the offense was anemic. Stanton with less than 100 yards passing for a good chunk of the game, and had a sure TD dropped in the end-zone. Fitzgerald missed his first game since 2007 (!) and it showed. Ellington looking tired out there and used more as a receiver than a running back due to Fitz's injury.

That last game of the year against Seattle at home looms larger and larger as a key game that will decide playoff spots.

Chris Carter's blatant overly use of superlatives not withstanding, that's a really good, good,m catch.

that was a wild play but I think this is a "better catch". Either way, that was beautiful and the type of thing where I stop everything else I'm doing and watch it 10 more times and just appreciate it.

Yeah, if Justin Blackman did just that from a Bortles pass on Week 2 of next year I'd literally drop my pants in excitement, so I get it....

I couldn't tell if the ball was out conclusively but I'm sure it will be Cowboys ball as the Giants can't handle prosperity. This is the type of play that has undone them the last season and a half.

Just saw the Beckham catch, yowza. I'm trying to come up with a comparison, but for sheer improbability, I think this one might take the cake. The helmet catch was a ball in a much more catchable place when it came down, this one was in a place where no man should have really even had a shot at it.

This. That play was nuts all around, but this catch, this catch was way better.

I'm obviously bias but I couldn't see enough. I think the Giants got lucky. If that's called a fumble on the field it is Cowboys ball

You homer!!!

Actually, I disagree in the "effing BS" line. There was no way to see it clearly on replay so it had to stay what was called, like if it was called a fumble there would be no way to overturn it either.

For something to be "effing BS" it has to be an obvious screw up. So no, not "effing BS".

LOL hey I freely admit I'm a pessimistic fan.

I like it that way though - keeps me from getting too despondent if things go badly and I can still celebrate on the upside.

And there it is. The only saving grace is they left a minute on the clock and the Giants have all three time outs.
