I don't really see anything here at the moment. So I shall base my vote on post count.

Vote Packers

Turns up, drops vote on someone it's going to be easy to pull in votes for, goes away. UTR Wolf 101.

I'm still in two minds about Lathum. Feels like he could pull any stunt and people would just shrug their shoulders and say "oh well! That's Lathum". Overall it just not the sort of thing you'd see a wolf pulling but it's pretty much got him a pass through day one when he could have been in the same boat as mau (coming off two big wins as a wolf). Gah!

Vote EF

cast second vote on me yesterday. I don't think a rolled villager EF thinks I make that play as a wolf so he is either a wolf himself or a vanilla villager.

Going with Autumn...he put the third vote on Mau about half hour before deadline...early enough where things could still change, but still a big vote at the time. Danny's seems a little too obvious to be a wolf save (and was likely more of a tiebreak vote).

VOTE AUTUMN

And I do apologize for my UTRness yesterday - work was busier than expected and I couldn't peek in as much as I had hoped. And I don't get too much time at night anymore - I will try and be around tonight and be a little more helpful than yesterday.

Unfortunately I don't think we're going to get much from vote analysis this game with only two wolves. They can't really save a wolf with one vote, so they're just going to vote where they want and cross their fingers.

I'm fine with voting quiet folks because in a small game, that kills us. it's very, very easy to just quietly coast a couple days and game over.

I could pretty much quote Packer's posts for my absence yesterday and my idea for voting this morning.

Autumn moving off bullet and onto mau (breaking a 2-2 tie between them) seems to be a pivotal vote in retrospect, so I think voting Autumn might help us learn more about that.

Vote Autumn

Perhaps I'll also remember that the deadline is 9 Eastern (v. Central) tonight. Also, no basketball tonight. (Though yesterday's game was .)

And this is funny to me, being that we've each drawn votes today for being UTR. We're conspiring!

Look for the cultist pinning his vote on someone repeatedly if he happens to have found the seer? ???

Well since I was basicaly the only vote move yesterday, I think this is overstating it a bit. I know we'll look for anything to base a vote off of. But if it wasn't for me we'd have had a 2-2-2-1-1-1-1 vote or something stupid like that. Someone had to actually consolidate.

if your theory is that I voted bullet, a fellow wolf, and then a half hour before deadline decided to move it, I dont think it's a solid one. We're not going to find the two wolves in the game that way.

I disagree. You seem to have forgotten about the cultist. I think that there might still be information to be gained from vote analysis. I would particularly expect to see the cultist moving to save a wolf. Three voters is asizeable bloc with 13 (now 11) votes.

Incidentally Autumn - "vote early, vote often"?

you know, while I haven't played in years... I remember Danny being one of those very detailed and thought out players (100% opposite of me). he hasn't done any detail or thinking yet. maybe hes busy, and maybe hes a wolf.

Since its been a while since we played, I do have a much busier schedule, I usually do get good analysis in, however, that comes when I get home from work. Yesterday was day 1, so no analysis to do.

If the cultist knows who the wolves are, yes. Which, I just checked, and he does, so I guess that is true. HOwever, I think my point stands, that we can't chase exclusively after "wolf saving votes". IN a big game, we often chase down several false leads before finding anything real. The chances that any few votes in a game this size were wolf-saves is very small, so we can't simply work our way down the list.

Yeah, I did that yesterday, Narc, vote early, but I'm not really sure where I want to go today. Day two is when I start getting some inklings from people's posts, so I'm hoping something strikes me.

Heck, why not add a new vote. I never feel like I can vote Narc late in the day since he's not around. So clearly the idea is to vote him early in the day. He casts PF as under the radar, but looking back it doesn't seem PF was particularly quiet. Therefore Narc earns ...

On a perhaps not unrelated note. Should we be voting for someone we think might be the cultist or not? Towards the end of a game I'd say not but I dunno at this stage. I'm inclined to think its worth it for voting information.

And EF puts his on Autumn. Meaning it becomes a two-horse race pretty early in the day. Not really sure if that's the way forward.

This is so looking like UTR wolves. The only real moves yesterday were all built around not having a tie.

I'll be back in a few to see if anyone wants to start some sort of discussion.
