I think I've figured out why I don't want to vote for Jeebs. I would be PISSED if a stupid grammatical error got me lynched on day one unjustly. Combine that with my nagging feeling that he's not a bad guy...
I vote Mr. Wednesday

Godd grief, you people and your jumping all over gramatical errors. I used the phrase I did not because I'm not a villager/bandit, but because the game really hadn't started yet and it didn't feel like any of our roles were really defined at that point. I was just pointing out to mrsimperless that there WAS someone who could see the creatures.
Sigh...for reason of self-preservation, I Vote Mr Wednesday. I don't know that he's a creature, but I know for a fact that I'm a bandit and don't deserve to die.

vote Mr. Wednesday
While JeeberD did make the grammar mistake, Mr. Wednesday did not make a comment on it or any other reason until asked. That seems to eager to lynch someone.

Getting down to the wire...I think I have it at 11-10, Jeeber 'winning' currently.

looks like I should change my vote from Qwik to one of the two up on the block, but in all honesty I don't think either is a creature so I will leave my vote to the one who didn't post all day and then when he finally did come in and post he had a incredbily odd post

I think King's vote clears Jeeber -- I lost track a while ago, but I think he makes it 12 - 11 with Mr. Wednesday taking the lead.

So now next time no one makes an accusation and the game never starts. I didn't want to see Jeebs lynched but this was my reasoning.

So for reasons today, we have Thomkal and Kevin doing their own thing, me leading a bandwagon after Jeeber for grammatical reasons, and CW leading a bandwagon after me for voting first reasons. I don't think sacrificing me will help the rest of the bandits learn anything, under the circumstances, but you never know.

We won't know for a while. That is, I can say for dead certain that killing me doesn't do anything for the bandits as such, since I am one, but we won't ID Jeeber until later under the circumstances, and we won't know for a while whether any useful information is gained from me dying.
I think, though, that I'm going to be spiteful (though not truly evil) and root for my death to be avenged. Go lawmen!

Er, assuming, as I do, that regardless of which side you're on, if you're dead you lose.

Mr. W's got a point. If we lynch him, and he turns out not to be a bad guy, do we turn around and lynch Jeebs tomorrow? Or do we start over from scratch?

I wouldn't suggest lynching Jeebs just because he was the alternative to me. If you're going to lynch him tomorrow, lynch him for the same reason you would lynch him now -- assuming he survives the night.
I don't think you'd be starting exactly from scratch, that aside, but excepting CW who was the first one to vote for me (and I'll his reason is only marginally worse than mine for voting for Jeebs) I don't see a whole lot to go on.

This is a busy day in the camp, with accusations flying, daggers being waved about, and many obscene threats levelled at whoever the creatures are that are menacing the camp. In the end, in a very close vote Mr. Wednesday is named as the victim of the day, and despite his protests, has his throat neatly cut for him by one of your band of rogues. Unfortunately, after his death and not seeing anything strange or finding anything in his bedroll, you have to assume that he was a normal bandit!
