Couldn't have just let Grant fall one more to me, could you have

5.10 RB Kevin Smith
6.01

Smith's not a bad consolation prize but I'd have preferred Grant as he's in a better situation.

So you're selecting the invisible man at 6.01?

Whoops, I forgot to put my 6.01 pick. Not a big fan of his, but hoping he gets back to his "Chad Johnson" numbers:

6.01 WR Chad Ochocinco

There were about 5 different WRs on the board at this point with some interesting plusses and minuses. He easily has the highest upside, but also has a medium amount of risk.

He would have been my second choice. It will be interesting to see which combo plays out better across the season. Grant + Housh or Smith + 85.

I still can't believe he actually changed his name to "Chad Ochocinco".

Well, he was joking about Esteban Ochocinco after his kicking experience the other night

But I probably had the same group of WR as Sterling Ice, so I am happy that a few were left to choose from

The 2nd tier receiver list is certainly interesting, but we're going in a different direction for one more round, at least...

There are still 3 left (more like 2.5) but, yeah, he was one

There are still 3 left on my list as well, though the 3rd is someone I preferred not to take.

I wrote some notes on my list of WRs and RBs that were available for my last pick- I'll probably post them after it gets back to me next time around since most will be gone, I imagine.

What's funny is your reason for picking Chad was exactly how I felt about Roy regarding him being the one with the most upside.

I thought long and hard about Marshall... could be a horrific season for him, particularly if the hamstring continues to act up. I don't think he'll have 100 catches again, but if he ends up with 75-ish with 1000 yards receiving and a respectable number of touchdowns, it'll be a good pick.

Yeah, but I think we're still in the "reach" territory for them at this point. I'll have to look a little closer at it as it's getting close to my pick, but nothing on the board really jumps out to me. That said, I still need quite a few other guys so I have lots to draft
