YEah, in my last second vote count I realized I created a three way tie and tried quickly to change it. Sorry I wasn't around. My mom is in town and her old boss(a judge) took us out for dinner with my little baby. Anyway, here now.. even though it's basically too late to add anything other than at least getting my vote in just barely. |

Maybe. If DT is a wolf then obviously not. If he's a villager, then it largely depends on the villagerness of DV. If it was all villagers involved it's likely the wolves already had their votes set and the late votes came from other villagers. |

It was a fast day. A troupe of Giaks were found and slaughtered, and you moved closer to Holmgard. As you move, you run into a large number of farmers and soldiers feeling on the road from the Capital. They have been attacked at a town roughly 5 miles to the south, along the main road, and the town has been burned to the ground and occupied by an enemy camp. You won't be able to go south. You convene for a bit. This is the time for the casting of lots.
Each of you has a chit marked with your personal symbol. Each of you has a bowl with your name on it. People cast their chits, and whoever has the most votes will removed from your assembly. The chits are cast. You count them, and the results are very, very close. The results: Code:
(Numbers are equal to the first post, not due to anything else). One of you failed to cast his chit. The rest came close to several entries, but ultimately DaddyTorgo was selected. As the final chit is counted, he doesn't look surprised. He draws a black blade from under his cloak, and swings it. The group of you are not taken. Some try and Mindblasts him to hold him while others physically move to hold him. You easily corral him. The black blade is a steel that can only be forged in Helgedad. It is proof of his treason. You run him through with his own blade, serving a quick justice to an Agent of the Darklords. Today was a good day, you managed to kill one of the enemy. You are beginning to enact Kai justice against those who have invaded your homeland and eradicated your Order.

BTW, based on my read of DT, I actually think we might have found a wolf. He tends to not care if he is lynched early when a villager, but seemed to care to some degree at least.

After the deliberations are over, you hear the sounds of Kraan. You turn and see several hounding the refugees. You turn and head back to the road.
Within ten minutes you have fought them off. You agree to escort the refugees until you reach the northern town of Lumela. It should take a full day,but without your help, these people will die. As you recoup, you notice that one of your number has fallen. You check, but Autumn did not die to blade or claw. It looks like he was in tremendous mental agony when he passed. It is a grim death mask. You pass the night in quiet, and a new days dawns. Will today be as successful as yesterday? Day Two has Begun, and will end at 10 pm Tuesday, EST.

As far as trust, I'd say Mauboy gets a good boost, I get a good boost, Hoops gets a good boost and DV and CR get a slight boost. This is due to the general unlikeliness of having multiple wolves on the block day 1. It's only a slight boost though.

Concur Danny.
I wonder if the 'tremendous mental agony' thing is flavor or an indication of Mindblast somehow being involved in Autumn's death (some modification of the ability for wolves). I guess as we see more deaths we might get an idea if the deaths are somehow tied into the Agents' powers, in which case those of us with Sixth Sense (that can determine the powers of others) could be of some use in narrowing down who was involved with the kill. Unless it's just flavor, in which case forget all that. |

Darklords Bestiary:
Kraan - flying, leathery beasts, often used as scouts or steed for higher minions. Giaks - Lowest level thug race of the Darklords. Drakkarim - There are many human servants of the Darklords, mercenaries, soldiers, people with a cruel bent, etc. Vordaks - Powerful undead adversaries, the lieutenants and leaders of lower level warriors, powerful mental attacks as well as physical ones. Helghasts - The most powerful servant, undead, shapeshifters, mega power psionic attacks and usually with defenses, can only be damaged by magical weapons. These are the ones you are most familiar with. Perhaps you will run into some more. Perhaps you will run into other minions.

I am probably not going to be around much tomorrow, so I will get my vote in now. Mckerney voters look suspicious, particularly Thomkal as he put it to a tie with DT.

That's some scary looking stuff we're up against. DT didn't have Hunting at least. And he probably didn't have Mind over matter unless DV is also a wolf.

Wow - nice job everyone. Quite the run on DT, should give us some decent trust in at least 2 of those 3 that ran on him late (Still wouldn't rule out a wolf trying to bury their vote in there while the others were still near him...which is why I would tend to believe at the very least that mau is good)

I'm inclined to trust mau, Danny, and hoops. It wouldn't surprised me if a wolf had a vote on DT, but I don't think a wolf would have made a vote for him as late as Danny and hoops did. Especially with there still being the possibility of DV voting. |

I think with the effort Abe has put into the game and the descriptions I'd pretty strongly lean to it being meaningful Great result and some decent voting history for day 1 even though there wasn't a lot of movement. Will probably looking at the voters who put people ahead of DT in the midgame tomorrow but there's nothing that really jumps out right now. |

Yeah, to me it means that at least one of the wolves has mental ability Mindblast. Or else maybe one of them is one of those undead things Abe just showed and come with a base set of those abilities. Either way it doesn't necessarily mean the kill came from one wolf but that it's probably just flavor indicating that the baddies have this somewhere in their midst. |

mauboy could have skated and not voted, leaving it a tie. Only way he is wolf is if DV is a wolf too. But his confusion at the end about who to vote for says not wolf. Danny tied it up when he didn't need to. He could also have not voted or voted DV and looked not suspicious. hoops vote is the only one that is semiburied. His vote did not put DT in trouble, as it was 5-4 still DV-DT. So hoops is the only one I see being wolf of the 3. Granted these are the last three we should look at now really as Zinto and Lathum's votes are far more buried as far as DT voters.

Sorry guys, sorry, my apologies all around. I got out of school late so that led me rushing home to change and I still ended up late at work.
Great job by the way, that's an awesome day 1. Kudos to those voters on DT. I tip my hat off to you

Been a while (for me at least) since we actually flat out chose to lynch a wolf. So that's a bonus. Unlike last game this should give us a lot to work off of as well. There doesn't seem to have been a lot of movement which is a bit odd really given the circumstances. Anyway, I'll transcribe hoops tally into my own format and see what springs to mind.
