that's okay, still not as spectacular as the musketeers game where I botched the endgame and we lost (although i'm still not sure if I could have put us in a position to win it)

ouch. Anxiety laying the law down.
haha let me just state for the record, before anything comes up, that I just felt bad for ITC since he misunderstood the rule, so I was trying to help him. i have zero idea at this point who is good and who is bad. Just thought that was a really crapy way to die. and now i'm out to go grab a coffee and walk the dog. Back in like 45. |

actually I meant my last-second vote-switch. Although I don't remember if I could have gotten it any better. I'm still pissed cuz i've never actually "won" a game as a wolf. I've come close, and i've lasted a long long time (musketeer and LOTR) but i've never won as a wolf. And I think I only lasted till the end and helped the village win once. |

Allow me to verify that ITC and cronin both have two votes, everybody else who has a vote has one, correct?

Ive won a couple as turncoat, but only once as a wolf i believe(the x-men game)...so compare that, it took me like 20-25 games to win one as evil(though ive only been evil like 3 times)

The school day draws to a close and you shiver in dread at what comes next. The school video camera showed ten of you as possible suspects to have gone down to the boiler room yesterday. The bell rings and you shuffle slowly to the west side of the school. Nine other pairs of eyes reluctantly greet you.
The group of you gather around the outside of the boiler room. You know that you have to head down into the room but you hesitate at the door. Your hand pauses above the door’s handle, as if common sense itself were screaming to retreat from the door. However, this is not a time for common sense. You all have that tingle at the back of your necks that our ancestors had as well. That need to go on, to see what’s out there. The ten of you head down the basement and there you begin to discuss what to do. It’s obvious that at least one of you is possessed of Blake McKenzie. You need to take action on your own. You make a pact. Then ten of you will vote, and whoever gets the most votes will be killed somehow. Juan points out that in D&D, evil spirits often can only be killed by elemental forces, such as fire. Since none of you have any better ideas, you agree that the person who gets the most votes will be tossed into the boiler, just like Kristy McKendrick was yesterday. You can still smell the sickly sweet tang of flesh combined with the cheap Lisa Frank Peach Goddess purfume she always wore faintly in the air. After you vote, you realize that something has happened you did not expect. There is a tie for the vote. “Well, we could kill them both,” one of you points out. “But that’s not what we agreed to, lamer,” another chides. “Has everybody voted? If not, we could have those who didn’t vote cast the deciding vote?” a third asks. “Everybody voted, math boy,” a fourth responds. What do you do? Finally, one of you produces a quarter from your pocket. “Why don’t we just flip for it?” you suggest. The rest of the group agrees, and each of the two top vote getters chooses a side. The coin is flipped and destiny takes over. Five minutes later, nine of you emerge from the boiler room with Richard Polenski soot on your faces. You head to his locker, to see if you can find proof he was the Blakekin. You use his key to open the lock and produce a notebook. In the book is each of your names, with various notes on how he’d act if he were Blakekin. You realize in horror that he was the sleuth! You have killed your best chance at finding the Blakekin! Chapter One has ended. Chapter two ends at 2:00 am EST Tuesday.

The following day brings drizzle and grief. You are saddened by the loss of a potential weapon against the Blakekin, but heartened that there may be another opportunity to exact revenge.
During the morning, each of you passes by the boiler room door, lingering momentarily as reminders of yesterday flood into your mind. You continue on. Other students feel the almost palpable sense of evil coming from the boiler room, and do not approach the door. As third period ends, you leave your respective classes and are drawn to the boiler room door, almost magnetically. As you begin to look in each other’s eyes, one of you perks your head up and scours the air, sniffing several times. What is that smell? And where is Wayne, your star quarterback? After a few seconds, revelation seems to hit you all simultaneously. That’s the same smell of death that Richard had yesterday and Kristy the day before. It is the smell of death ash. You tear into the room, and the only part of Wayne you can still see is one of his hands sticking out of the boiler, with the bathroom pass still in his hand from when he left Ms. Dawson’s third period math class to use the facilities. The experience dominates the rest of your day, and you do not meet up again, instead avoiding each other all day long. Chapter Two has ended, Chapter Three has begun. It will end at 9:00 pm Tuesday EST.

well it's risk vs. reward. If cronin was a wolf you would be a hero and insta trusted. I voted early for you today in case of a tie I want to be sure we get the person I think is most guilty of wakening the village. |

was LSG onto something?
did she finger anyone in her posts? I've got stuff to do today so my computer will likely be off between now and 4pm (unless I take it with me and find a cafe with free wifi). I will certainly be back in time to vote though, and I'm going to hold off on votig while someone checks to see if LSG was onto anything or if she was just a random kill. |
