DV, who it appears has been in his room the whole time has been lynched. He was the seer.
NTNDeacon has been nightkilled, he was the hunter and had the ability to take a wolf one on one. FML this is a riveting game. |

I think we need some mojo. I'm going to come out and out myself. I'm one of the Lovers. Apparently one of the best roles we have left in the game! I will let the other Lover out himself if he wishes. That will give us at least a semblance of a CoT (if you guys think we're the two wolves and outing ourselves, so be it). We're down to 9 players, this will cut it down to 7 to choose from with at least 2 wolves in there. Odds I can live with.

Looks like the only roles we have left are the other lover and the duke. Unfortunately, I'm neither.

It is looking like a turkey shoot at this point. Danny has been just active enough and his vote really stinks in my eyes. Especially since it is such a stretch from his normal play. Both causing a runaway and going after DV.

Really? Yeah I tend to not vote DV unless I feel good about him being a wolf, but it doesn't matter who it is, if you go two days without checking in, you deserve to be lynched. I made that vote every time. |

Actually CF is a little less suspicious to me after thinking about day one. We had two villagers up for the vote and not one person woud have questioned his vote if he went for one of them so why put a spotlight on yourself if you didn't have to?

But what makes Danny's vote suspicious then, if we had a villager/villager vote?
I ask just to generate discussion, also because Danny's reasoning was exactly the same as mine. Not that he can't still be bad. I'm guessing NTN was killed just because he was first on the list. They got lucky again. |

I'm not convinced why Danny's vote is suspicious. The vote was a landslide already, had he gone the other direction there would have needed to be a lot of changed votes for it to matter.

Just a gut feeling to be honest. I think it is out of character for him, maybe I am misreading it. Still not certain that it was villager/villager today but it I don't remember seeing Danny take the easy excuse for a vote before. |

I do not know why my day one vote was so odd. I voted a half hour before the vote was due. I have been voting for schmidty before because of the under the radar/absent thing. And plenty of people hadn't voted yet so they could have voted for him too.
First day is frequently about voting for two villagers. Had I tied it up, people would have suspected me. Had I made it a runaway on jackal, people would have suspected me. I simply voted for someone that's under the radar a lot. GOod a reason as any other on day one. |

Anytime in a game when someone starts bringing up my name as a wolf with very loose reasons, they always seem to be a wolf.
I'm suspecting the EF/saldana/autumn group for sure. Let's go with the one that started it. VOTE Eaglefan |

Hi guys. Sorry that I haven't been around. I've had some pretty severe physical problems lately, and that all culminated in a grand mal seizure last night. I've been very sick and headache-y since then, and had to do some testing.
Anyway, sorry again. Hopefully I'll be around more now.

Um, I think you mean DT, not Saldana. And as EF pointed out, he's mentioned a couple times that he trusts you a little bit. This is why I expect the day one vote of CF's was just a regular vote, because he just kind of flies in, doesn't seem to get his analysis in order before he posts and then flies out. |

fuck me. how does the seer never check in?
and we lose the hunter. damnit. this is like an eerie mirror of the last game i played where i was a wolf and everything just totally backfired and blew up on us. now i'm a villager and we're tripping over our own feet and they're getting lucky. grrrrr |

So you're saying that a wolf never puts up a trust list and tries to clear people in this game? Have you ever played with hoops? Yeah I did miss DT's earlier post but I was concentrating more on the people that start such conversations and who readily agree with them. After I posted for Schmidty, EF brings me up in post 85, 88, and back up again at 135. Saldana jumped on the bandwagon immediately at 87. Autumn brought me up repeatedly at 124, 127, and again at 163. Yes DT (123) and J23 (125) also jumped into the conversation. EF thinking I'm more trustable does in fact make me feel better as I'm vanilla. But it doesn't do anything to clear himself. I'm thinking either he and Autumn are wolves or Autumn and saldana are wolves at this point. |

I am guessing you're not reading very carefully through the thread. I say this for a couple reasons. The way you state the above, it would read to me that I was hinting that you were a wolf. If you read back to what I said, I actually said that your odd voting wasn't particularly unusual for you, and shouldn't necessarily flag you as a wolf. You also say that you think Autumn is a wolf after declaring that he's one of the lovers (a villager role) and hasn't had any counter claim at this point. With nothing much else to go on, I'd tend to believe him since why would a wolf do a reveal given that they are so far ahead? I wouldn't recommend the other lover come forward at this point since to me, there's no reason to doubt Autumn currently. There is most certainly another wolf or two that we can try to kill before we go down that road. |

Aw, man, maybe should be glad I got out early (okay, was escorted out by the wolves). Seems like the living are having serious issues. Schmidty and saldana, I hope everything goes up for the better from here on forward. Get well, soon.
As for the incredibly poor luck of the village, wow.

You can trust or mistrust whoever you want, but none of this makes much sense to me. You say that the reason you consider these people are wolves is because they brought up your name, thinking you sound suspicious. Already this doesn't make much sense to me - thinking people are suspicious is what this game is about. But whatever. You then include someone who doesn't think you're suspicious (EF), you don't include someone who did think you were suspicious (DT) and you include me as your most definite wolf despite the fact that I've at least claimed a village role. So either you've just picked this list for random reasons (here are a few people who mentioned me in their posts) or you need to read back more carefully. FWIW, I have CF on my decidedly neutral list. To my mind this is how he usually plays, which could make him still go either way. |

I'm not sure wehre to go with a vote today. My only thought is that we must have at least one wolf who has actually been around, playing and getting orders in. So while Schmidty could still be a wolf, I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt at this point and concentrate on more active players.
I'm not quite sure whether to go after the quieter players who may be slipping by, or look at the more active posters who may be directing the conversation. At least at this point we don't really have to worry about killing off a village role! |

thanks for the well wishes guy...i am fine from a cardiac perspective...the chest pains i am having are caused by an inflammation of the cartilege that connects my ribs to my spine and sternum...they dont really know what the cause of it is, but the pain was getting so bad that I was close to passing out and vomiting a couple times during the day on Tuesday.
Schmidty, man, i feel like a pussy compared to you, I hope you are doing ok bro...whatever is going on with you to cause a Grand Mal cannot be good...take care of yourself and lemme know how youre doing. as far as the game goes, CF has done the same thing in every game i have been in with him...everyone that mentions his name is automatically a wolf...this basically makes me ignore most of what he says, which is unfortunate, because he sometimes has some really good insights and has become a pretty good player... i just tire of his instant finger pointing everytime someone makes a legitimate observation. as far as today's vote goes, i would not be surprised if some of the people that are no showing are doing it intentionally now as part of the wolf strategy...we arent going to chase the UTRs forever, so since there are so many, it would be a logical strategy for one of the wolves that is active to have told one of others to stay absent. |

Glad to hear you're okay, relatively, Saldana.
Yeah, I agree. Unfortunately in a game this quiet, and one we're this behind in, it's easy for the wolves to just stay quiet. I'm willing to give a pass to Saldana and Schmidty today - they have good reasons for having been absent, and while it doesn't mean they're not a wolf we still probably have at least one wolf among the more involved players. I tend to think one of Danny or EF is a wolf, so I'm glad to see votes there to begin with. I don't have a strong hunch as to who though. I'm just going to go out and throw out another vote. I don't have a strong reason for this, other than getting someone else in the mix. DT is among those I'm willing to vote for today, and he's playing quietly enough I could imagine him as a wolf. By quiet enough I don't meant silent. I mean in that sweet spot where you are offering up points but not talking so much that you draw heat. We'll see, it's just the slightest of hunches.

so just a quick recap.
the vote for Danny is because he voted for DV, which he apparently never does (anyone wanna tell me why that is...shit I vote for lathum all the time) The vote for EF is because he had the temerity to think CF's vote was a throwaway (which it was) The vote for DT is because he is talking, but not too much. I just wanted to gather my thoughts here, as I am a little bit "off" as it were from my normal intellectual self courtesy of the percocet they gave me yesterday. I'm not sure yet where I want to go with my vote, as none of these really strike me as very good vote reasons when we still have people that arent posting/talking at all. |
