If that's true, BYU pours it on on UCLA, which to my recollection hasn't done a thing to them, because of other stuff, one day there will be a reckoning. That I guarantee. The program is in the dumps now, but it won't be for long--and BYU is a fairly common nonconf opponent for us.

Honestly as a fan, even though we won last week, we feel the call overshadowed it. UW was tough for us. We have not won OOC on the road in 7 years so it was a big win and we are being told it was a "gift"

So UCLA gets our attitude for the rest of the nation...especially Mark May

The commissioner Tom Hansen is stepping down (or just did, I forget). He's the longtime commissioner and has basically been behind all the crap I can't stand about the conference, and I am crossing my fingers we'll get a guy in there to replace him that is a little--no, a LOT--more forward thinking.

3 games in 1 year has created a nice rivalry, I cheered for UCLA against Tenn, I like the Pac - 10 except for when we play against them.

I can understand that. That said, I don't think there is any doubt that a blowout where BYU pours it on is not going to be forgotten in Westwood.

I like BYU and Utah (I know, you don't like Utah, not our rival

About time. Better than USC. When they're beating the snuffing out of us, Carroll keeps the starters in well into the fourth quarter and goes for it on midfield fourth and long situations.

Why? This isn't about "they are jobbing us" or something. They haven't completely blown anything. This is a deal where they just seem lost. They have had remove three penalties so far where the made a mistakes with the rule book then had to be told what to do. It is just sad.

They were rotated in throughout the last 6 minutes of the 3rd.

Hall, Fui, Unga, Pitta and most of the WR's are out. Some of our OL are out and most of the defense has rotated (except our CBs)

While I was no big fan of Hansen, let's not forget that he was acting under the orders of the Pac-10 school presidents for most important decisions. Hansen stepping down isn't going to change a whole lot, other than maybe the new guy will place greater emphasis on improving the officiating.

Less than 30 minutes til the butt-whoopin' that USC is gonna give Ohio State. This is reminding me so much of the Miami/Ohio State championship game of 2003. Like, it's really eerie to me.

I think USC should beat Ohio State by two TD's. I also thought that Miami should have beaten Ohio State by two TD's in 2003.

I would seriously love to see Ohio State win just so all the "experts" will have to suck it long and suck it hard. I remember Mark May and Trev Alberts almost choking on their words when they had to say that OSU won the game back in '03. I'd love to see Mark May have to eat his words again.

Gonna be really tough though...USC is pretty amazing. We'll see what happens...

Quick question...why do some Ohio St. players have the name jersey #? I saw #1 on offense and defense, thinking it was a two-way guy. But then I looked at their roster online and see that there are about twenty sets of multiple numbers. There are THREE #16's.

Someone please help me out here.

A lot of college teams have guys with the same number. However, I don't remember too many having 3 guys with the same number. USC has Gable and Taylor Mays with the same number among others.
