Rooting for the Dolphins.

Tired of the Kelce-Swift drama and distraction. It was fun for a couple weeks, now it's just daytime soap.

I just can't see how the Dolphins win in this weather.

I can't see how anyone willingly would attend this game. Maybe an AFC Championship, but no chance I'm sitting in this weather for a Wild Card game.

I was there, but I am the opposite at this point just because the over the top hate of Taylor. Now I hope the Chiefs win the Super Bowl, and she wins the MVP.

There's no such thing as over the top when it comes to hating that talentless braindead purveyor of pablum.

I've been watching football for a long time and don't think I've ever seen a helmet break like that. Not sure if it's the cold or just a weird hit.

All Taylor has done is come to games and cheer for the Chiefs. She's completely innocent.

As I noted in a bizarre social media exchange, I acknowledge that she is not responsible for the coverage.

That doesn't excuse her very existence being so damned annoying ... but she is blameless in terms of the coverage, you're absolutely correct.

And in the time you typed that, that talentless braindead purveyor of pablum made several million dollars and picked up another 10,000 fans. She is really hurt by your lack of support.

I never said she gave the slightest fuck, now did I?

And yet people still occasionally wonder why I'd Thanos snap so much of the populace out of existence without the slightest hesitation?

That she's been a monetary success is just one little straw on the giant haystick.

Refs had to make sure I guess. Turning a blatant hold into a soft personal foul certainly shows them doing their job.

I'm off tomorrow so I'm fine with the equivalent of 3 Saturdays of NFL games in a row.

If Dak's not the answer nobody is. He's had an outstanding year. Let's not just hang it on the quarterback and pretend there's a better one that can be acquired that will fix it.

This is really good news for Falcons fans who don't want Bill Belichick as their HC/GM.

I realize the Cowboys are playing catch-up, but the difference in decision-making between Prescott & Love is significant.

So is it a Belichick/McDaniels/Patricia combo as the new Cowboy HC/OC/DC?

Everyone keeps saying Belichick to the Cowboys but the OC/DC might be the more important decisions for Jerry Jones.

Thanks Packers, don't have to hear one more word on how dominant Dallas has been at home. that was pretty much a total failure by the whole team-especially on defense leaving so many guys wide open

Right. I believe he might be willing to take a back seat on player decisions, but he will definitely want complete control of the coaching staff.

True but that means Jerry Jones is giving up complete control of the coaching staff and that seems just as unlikely as BB giving up control. Patricia is definitely a non starter for me. I can't act like McDaniels has not been a great OC under Belichick and could be again. That all just feels like too much of the latter years with New England. Much like Saban did, BB would benefit from bringing in someone from outside the family to run the offense and take over the defense with a young DC who is also from outside his coaching tree.

Which is a scenario that I don't see BB having much interest in.

Could the Lions do a once in a generation feat in winning a playoff game?

Tradition has left me doubtful but I am rooting for Dan Campbell and company.

I feel like Puka Nacua's name should have been somewhere in the Lions' D' scouting report.

Are we SURE that this is not being played under arena football rules?

This would require the Lions passing D to exist, which is only speculative at best.

Lions football rules. Arguably worse.

I think either the Lions win by 10 or the Rams win at this point. I'm not betting against Stafford in a close 4th-quarter game.

Not the greatness day so far for the defensive minded head coaching candidates.

Driving me crazy how often the Rams' motion man is moving forward before the snap.

Very surprised that Stafford wasn’t ruled out with a concussion

(but not actually surprised because it is the NFL)

They've been really on point with the into break music: First One Thing Leads to Another.. after the blown offside call, then Rubberband Man on a game that seems to be rubberbanding in score..
