Well there are apparently still quite a few Crawling Claws in this room, guarding something very evil I might be able to get to if I could put up a distraction. Nothing really coming to mind though, not sure if it would be worth dicking with all these claws when that may have been what got KWhit killed.

I'm just wondering how (short of attacking them) we would distract all those crawling claws. If you're not using torches, we could try throwing one at them I guess?

I'm thinking of just taking the up move and leaving whatever it is alone... I did find it with Detect Evil so it might not be something we want to find!

As for Greenleaf here, this encounter hit a little too close to home for me. Just this weekend, we heard this weird noise just outside the side of our house. Looked out and it was a huge swarm of bees! They had made a new home for themselves in the underhang part of the roof there.

Called a beekeeper to come over today to take a look and he ended up taking out (humanely to be put elsewhere far away) an estimated 20-30,000 bees! I'm allergic to them so very happy to see them go.

So today's encounter for Greenleaf was...a swarm of bats! Thankfully not 20-30,000 of them. Killed a couple taking minimal damage and can now move back into the second level of bricks. :::shudder:::

Danny and I had an encounter with bats on the first level, so you may not be too far behind us.
