Well in this case no lynch would have been better.

Something doesn't mesh here. Like a self-fulfilling prophecy.

If you're fate is tied to that of another, then yeah, why'd you play that way? You weren't a vanilla villager like you said you were earlier. You had someone else on the line and should have played it as such.

Jesus, I'm frustrated with this game right now. We need some roles to start speaking up and get some friggin' info out here.

Why should my game be different because I'm not a vanilla villager? A little controversy is a good thing since it keeps the wolves away from you. I'm just amazed that you all snowballed this into something it's not.

I think someone with a role has already spoken up. I hope he gets support tomorrow for his lynching (and this someone hasn't spoken up about Cronin).

It's far easier to be confident when you're a wolf and you know the answers.

BK, here's where you said you were a Vanilla Villager.

Now maybe you are a vanilla villager, but you can't be both that and have some thing where now 2 people die because of your death.

I guess my point is BK, don't go pinning this all on us, like you predicted you would by blaming us for making a sensible move.

If you're a villager, then so be it, I've contributed to voting out a villager before and I'm sure I'll do it many times again. But don't go with this "oh now 2 villagers are gonna die thanks to you guys" schtick because that doesn't fly.

I agree 100%.

It's one thing to protect your role but you know a time comes when you need to reveal.

If another villagers life is at stake as well that time needs to be sooner then usual.

Yes it does. When two people die directly because of my lynching that absolutely does fly.

Not when

A) You made yourself out to be at worst a vanilla villager

B) You even claimed that you were playing the way you were because you were a V.V. (when you shouldn't have played that way if other villagers depended on you staying alive)

C) You had more than enough time to reveal/tip anything to avoid this.

Note that Pass is now claiming to have given the drugs to PurdueBrad. I am going to take a wild guess that that will not be verifiable.

It's like you decided to come out and say "I'm going to die and you're all going to blame me" and now that is happening, but really only because you missed every opportunity you had to play it differently and change what would happen. You essentially chose to let this happen.

I don't get it - what is/was Barkeep's role?

Why will two people die (besides if 2 people die from lynch + night kill).

Yeah, it's not looking too good for me if he's tied to the guy you got lynched, and gets booted, too.

I don't understand the mechanics - what does it mean for someone to be "tied" to someone?

I mean, I know Barkeep and PurdueBrad were off the boat together, but ...

There is an old WW/mafia role called brothers/Lovers, where if one dies, the other goes too

You all gather to prepare yourselves to leave the ship for another day of fun and excitement, when the captain stops you all with an announcement.. "Attention passengers, this is your captain speaking. Certain events have been brought to my attention regarding some Barkeep fellow that I can not ignore... For that reason, he will now be removed from the remainder of this cruise. I would urge all of you to continue to approach me regarding any shady business that you may have noticed or suspected."

At that point, several members of the crew walk forward and take Barkeep by the arm and help escort him off of the ship. In shock, and in utter disbelief, PurdueBrad seems to be visibly shaken... In a fit of despair, PurdueBrad has also chosen to leave the cruise.

Just as he is about to unlock the gate and allow you all to depart the ship, a few crew members approach the captain and start to talk to him visibly aggitated. The discussion appears to be a bit heated and finally the captain throws up his arms as if giving up and walks off with a loud comment, "Fine! You remove him." The crew members then walk over to St.Cronin and apparently also remove him from the cruise.

After scratching your heads for a few minutes, the rest of you decide that its best you get on with your day's plans before you also are removed from the ship.

It is event response phase for turn 6. I will be sending out PMs shortly. Those whom have a response to make, are due to PM me by 10pm EST tonight.
