It's always tricky to judge a new player's actions, but I don't find Cartman's vote any more or less suspicious than the other 3 or 4 people who spread out their vote with already a few candidates up for lynch.

I kind of agree with this, but I still don't see the logic for why Cartman's vote stands out as opposed to the other 3 or 4 people who did the same thing.

I would like to consolidate votes as well, but would like to suggest we target someone who hasn't shown up today. I'll try to figure out who that is. If I can't get anyone to go with that plan I'll vote for one of the top vote contenders, but so far nothing has made me suspicious enough of anyone in particular.

I think it's the timing, more than anything. 3 people already had 2 votes on them, and 5 others already had one. There's no point in opening up yet another person for suspicion at that point, and I can see the "burying the vote" point pretty well. Even so, had he fired back at Martin, it's possible it might be chalked up as a "revenge" vote, but that's not the case either.

Dubb, I'm not suggesting that Cartman's vote is good/bad/whatever. I just do not see it as standing out as any more nefarious than the other votes out there. I certainly do not see him attempting to avoid linkage with the guy who voted for him in some kind of overly complex wolf/wolf scenario.

I've gotten to the point where I've accepted that I'm not smart enough to spot multiple wolves in one sitting on Day 1. That is what Lathum's argument sounded like to me upon reading it.

Notice that I'm not suggesting Lathum (or you) are wolfish for voting for Cartman. I've got very little idea at this point, frankly. I just said that the argument posed by Lathum did not work for me.

I'm not going to move my vote at this point. I don't feel strongly on any of the candidates, beyond what I've already said about Cartman not being an overly devious wolf with his vote.

I won't be around at the vote deadline. Selfishly I'm hoping that this non-move does not come back to bite me. Realistically, it could but if it does we do not lose a roled character. That isn't the worst D1 result in the world.

I think this will be my last post before both deadlines, so here is my thoughts on seer scan for tonight - check Autumn if Clap is good. That vote could very easily be an "agenda vote" protecting one of the people with two votes.

Or check me if you think I've got an agenda in suggesting who you (the seer) scans. Whatever works.

This is the first time since my "return" to werewolf that I've voted for Schmidty in the first day. I think that's a span of three or four games now.

Honestly, today's vote *is* because Schmidty voted for me...the only other person I think I would vote for is Chief Rum. That, though, spreads out the vote as well.

EagleFan's desk look like it has been cleaned out already. His body has been dragged away. Who did this? Everyone begins to ask around but no-one saw anything.

Why does anyone vote for anyone on day one usually? No real reason. Unfortunately nothing much has come out and Abe and Clap emerged as the candidates for today.
