That's probably true, given that wolves are usually more "into" the game than vanilla villagers, and roled villagers usually try to keep a low profile.

That said, I know some view more information as a good thing (including myself), so it's just what they do. For instance, I have already asked Abe 2 or 3 questions.

My point is, it's something to consider, but certainly not an end all, be all. My actual suspicion of J23 barely rates higher than a pebble of guilt on a flat landscape of innocence. But in a land without mountains, the pebble is the mountain.

Unvote Danny

Vote EF

No traction on the Danny vote plus Danny appears to have shown up and is acting like Danny.

On day 1 I expect the wolves the let the action play out and not put themselves in the limelight. It is a pretty solid play actually since most of the time D1 votes turn out to be good guys and the next few days revolve around who pushed for the good guy vote. Danny is a guy who really hasn't pushed anything out there today and that is out of the ordinary for him.

Not sure where I am going at this point. I think at the least we need to narrow this down to EF, NTN, J23 and Telle, if not potentially down to 3 candidates at some point.

I'm out until after deadline. I have left a PM with Abe to pass my item to someone I think will put it to better use.

well since there's not much to go on with a typical day 1, we need a close vote to get things going on day 2. So nothing against you here ntn, just that you are in second place at the moment.

So you guys know, I can't access FOFC at work, and in the mornings I'm pretty busy prior to going to work (running, dropping a deuce, etc.), so I'll be here mostly after work.

I'll lay my cards on the table as I feel like being a prick.

My item may let me take someone out and it works when I put the order in. I am thinking that one of "my voters" isn't going to see day two either.

The above is merely me thinking out loud.

Catching back up. I'm not sure which way I'll go - I see some truth in the idea that votes started scattering once EF/NTN were the options. But I also feel like these guys have been getting early votes a lot and I hate for the race to turn two-way too soon if these are two villagers.

I guess I'm more worried about a 3-way vote making it easier for the wolves to hide their vote. I'll concentrate instead on keeping this vote close so we can make everyone cast an important vote.

As Abe said, PMs about items can have total descriptions of what they do and how they are used, but some do not.

Crimson, I know I had no idea what my item did at first glance. I was able to make a couple of educated guesses after doing a quick bit of research. But I'm nowhere close to being able to pinpoint exactly what it will do.

So maybe there are differences between what EF sees with his item and what I'm seeing. That's cool. But where is the harm in naming the item at this point? He would only be helping those of us considering moving their votes to make a better decision, as it relates to him.

Am I missing something?

Not giving the item a name. Giving it away to the minister since that role can't be corrupted. Was going to wait until near the deadline to say that but I may not be online again.

Just getting back to the thread. I'm pretty sure of what my item does unless it was named specifically to mislead people (which I doubt). As a result, I don't really doubt that EF could have an item that spells it out fairly clearly.

But you are 100% certain that the item does what you say it does, EF? This is not conjecture, but fact?

This doesn't smell quite as much as when you fake revealed with my role, but it is not that far off ...

In these item games, is it typical for the wolves to get the items from villagers they kill? Trying to think of possible reasons to hide item info.

No harm at all saying the item and you are right in that sense. Unfortunately as he stepped away "due to illness". I'm not saying anything clears him of anything. But nor does it make him guilty. Some people just don't share "everything" and are still villagers. I'm usually wrong when I jump to conclusions myself so I try not to anymore.

I'll say it one more time. Not going to name the item. I gave it to the minister.

To answer the other question, no I am not 100% certain but I feel there are mutliple uses for this item and based on the answer that I received that I can use it at any time I feel certain that I could have used it in that manner (and most certainly would have if I was a wolf). Since I am vanilla I am no big loss so if it helps gain voting history then vote me tonight. It would make no real sense for me to use it (for the village) unless I was 100% certain on who I was going after. I won't let my strong desire for a "screw you" action to affect my village play however.
