Did it two years ago, it was cheaper for 4 than for 2 at that point. It's kind of a pain once in a while though, since you have to add points to the primary account and then distribute them to the 2ndary account. Might want to consider that before doing an extended family deal

No. Secondary members cannot add a credit or debit card to their Xbox LIVE account. Only the primary Family Pack member can purchase points, making it easier for a parent to manage their family’s entertainment budget.

I picked up the Halo 4 card that has a bonus month and it's the same $34.99. Dunno if you can get that specific ordering on .com, but if you go in-store, you can get the 12+1 card for $34.99 there.

Yeah, my friend was going to get this for us but he found out all the restrictions. I'd have to go to his house and login, and then he would have to distribute the points, etc. Not worth the pain except in cases like yours.
