As I see it, the voting stands at:
KWhit - 1 (by Tyrith) ntndeacon - 1 (by Swaggs) spleen1015 - 2 (by Chief Rum, BrianD) Swaggs - 1 (by ntndeacon) Neuqua - 1 (by spleen) SnDvls - 1 (by st.cronin) DaddyTorgo - 2 (by Grammaticus, Lathum) We haven't heard from KWhit, Scoobz0202, or Neuqua. Do we want to start narrowing down our choices now, or should we sit around like a bunch of pansies and wait for the Forces of Darkness to pick us off one by one? |

Well instead of waiting for others to narrow it down for you, who would you narrow it down to and why? Since you haven't voted yet, who are you looking to vote for? |

It also fell out when the GM's caught on that people were using their role PM to figure out who everyone else was too. simply by putting the phrase that refered to them as normal or regular when they checked in and other's picked up on it. GM's began to make mulitiple unique PMs to all regular and normal villagers so no one could compare. |

I think Neuqua is having a family emergency...I'll double check the outside board, but I recall a post of his from there.

he seems to be logged in, but that doesn't mean he's actually at a computer now though as I'm usually always logged in and "viewing" throughout the day, but it's usually just an open window at my computer here at work.

As I said earlier I have not pre game info on Blade. (or anyone else ) I was role playing as was speculated . I am a poor Tomato Farmer. I was using the "fact" that Blade was not above going into someone's house without permission as his ramblings seemed to say.
It could have been those thieving Tookses too. |

Needing 13 votes to lynch someone makes it unlikely that there will be a lynch on Day 1. It really doesn't make any sense to have one in a game this large. I'd much rather save a hobbit. |

I've already mentioned that I'm leaning towards Blade, but since no one has voted for him I don't want to muddy the waters with another candidate. |

Oh, i intend to continue it for the duration of my life in this game. I have a role that strongly ecourages role-playing, and i intend to follow it through to the end of my stay in Bree. i just wanted to address all the people seeminly upset by it

I accept that fact, and take pleasure in blocking your win then killing you in the small game...so for now, i hold bragging rights

I really think we need to swing the votes towards 2-3 candidates so we can start establishing some voting patternes that will help us down the road. If we do nothing today then we are in the same boat tomorrow.
The way we are headed 3-4 villegars will be killed before any lynchings happen unless there are night actions unknown to me and that is not acceptable. |

Passing on a lynch always hurts the villagers. The only exception I can think of is an end game scenario. Here is a link to the Wiki site. Read the section about No Lynch. They are calling the game mafia, which is just another form of werewolf. Here it is quoted: Quote:

That is not entirely true. While men originally built the city, Hobbits have lived here for about 1500 years. Like it or not, Hobbits are as much a part of Bree as the men are. |

I don't need to lighten up when it comes to the game. You can claim that something is "only role-playing", but if you do something like that, it's automatically going to get scrutinized. You know that. And yeah, it was annoying. I wasn't telling you to stop. I was just being honest. |

I think your wrong. If you had 2 votes would you or your teammates be worried? We need to string together enough votes for people to get nervous and make some moves they may not usually make. |

ok I'm confused now you said we need to get 2-3 canidates. I said it looks like we have about 2-3 now in the people w/ 2 votes each. then you come back w/ the above? I don't think anyone right now is worried as it takes 13 votes to lynch today. and no one is near that number. as it is right now we only have 13 voters. we'd all have to come back and vote the same way right now. |

Anxiety- question for you
w/ 25 people now it requires a 50% plus 1 to lynch so today that means 25/2=12.5 + 1= 13.5 so does that mean we need 14 to lynch? are you rounding up or down on this for future reference? |

Originally, yes, but we've been living in harmony with the little folk for long enough that I think "guests" is not really a fair term for them.

Well I am not Anxiety, but he described the vote decision to be majority decided (not plurality). He simplified it by saying 50% +1, but if it is a majority like he said in the rules, it would be 13 votes. (without having to worry about rounding) |

no one is near that number because people keep scattering their votes. IMO no lynch is a huge advantage for the black riders and other bad guys

Well, there's almost nothing to go on so far. The absolute only thing interesting so far is Blade's odd behavior.

Well, was waiting to see who isn't checked in or who wasn't going to check in. Only ones left is Neuqua and Scoobz0202. I don't like voting for someone in their first game before they even have a chance to play, but also don't like voting for someone who is having RL issues and not being here is no fault of their own.
In the end though I guess I need to make some vote, and it will likely be random unless someone really messes up today and says something they shouldn't. I'll go with neuqua here since I have to pick someone, and it will be a second vote on him. Vote Neuqua |

13 is needed at 5 people. 13 is also needed at 24. 12 would be needed with 23. Etc. Hope that helps! -Anxiety
