Phillips Racing has been running smooth as of late. Nick Phillips has been consistantly been in the top ten with 8 out of the 12 races so far. Leading the points as of now and gaining on second. Mustafa Henderson has been unable to finish enough races with 5 dnf's out of 12 races and still finds himself in the top 12.
Looks like Phillips is on his way to another title. |

Other than winning Daytona, this season has been a DISASTER for FC Racing. Going to need to make some serious adjustments for next season.

Martinsville Results
For the majority of the last half of the race Brad Vest completely dominated the field. But as the laps wound down he had a tough challenge from Daniel Schoonover. Vest and Schoonover waged a terrific battle over the races final fifteen laps. Racing side by side lap after lap before finally Vest was able to hold off Schoonover to take the win. Chris Snow almost came through and snuck away with the win while the top two were battling. He was able to get to their bumpers but was unable to make the pass. It was a great points day for Snow however as Nick Phillips struggled and came home in 25th. 2nd place in points Robbie DeWeerd finished 39th, 3rd place Stroker Ace finished 38th. PHP Code:

Side by side racing for the lead between Vest and Schoonover Vest retakes the lead Vest and Schoonover side by side, Snow closing in Vest barely beats Schoonover to the line for the win |

Solecismic Software 500 at BOSTON INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY
This was one of the more interesting races of the year. Normally there are only one, two, or possibly three drivers that dominate throughout the day. Today however, 7 drivers led 29 laps or more and 9 in total led more than 10. Early on Stroker Ace, Daniel Schoonover, and Ron Towers were the dominant drivers. All three of them encountered problems and towards the end of the Jack Meehoff, J.P. Provo, Mustafa Henderson and Turd Ferguson took over. With 51 laps to go Jack Meehoff took his first lead of the day and was able to maintain that lead through the many cautions that littered the final 50 laps and came home with the win. Onto the championship picture. It was the second week in a row where Nick Phillips had problems. Today his day was ended in a wreck on lap 176. Chris Snow took advantage, finishing 6th and greatly reducing his deficit. Two races ago it looked like Phillips would roll to a title, now things are interesting. PHP Code:

Mustafa Henderson leads the field. Brad Vest, Jack Meehoff, Jace Hunter, Ron Towers, and Dat King follow. Daniel Schoonover spinning as Robbie DeWeerd narrowly misses him. Nick Phillips spins into the pit lane wall. Brad Vest, Rob Nielsen and others crashing. Turd Ferguson and J.P. Provo battling for the lead. |

Only two races ago it looked like Nick Phillips would pick up title #5 no problem. But after two bad races in a row Nick Phillips finds himself only 12 points ahead of Chris Snow, who also is looking for
title #5. Robbie DeWeerd sits in 3rd, 118 back. Turd Ferguson is in 4th 124 back and Duke McWerter sits in 5th, 197 back. PHP Code:

Race #15 It was a crazy day at the FOFC's fastest track. 30 different drivers swapped the lead 141 times over 196 laps. Silas Ryle led the most with 31 before finishing 11th. It was more about being in the right place at the right time rather than having the best car. Near the end it was Erik Flamebeard who held off Ken Schoonover, Maxwell Tolliver, Mustafa Henderson and Sterling Silvers for the win. It was a bad day for title contenders. After gaining a large amount of points in a couple races Chris Snow was involved in a wreck and finished dead last. Also though in the same wreck as points leader Nick Phillips. He was able to continue but his car was nowhere near competitive as he fell 7 laps down and finished 29th, still though he was able to stretch his points lead. 3rd place in points Robbie DeWeerd finished 18th, 4th place Turd Ferguson finished 27th and 5th place Duke McWerter finished 8th. With 5 races remaining Nick Phillips keeps the points lead, 45 over second place Chris Snow. Robbie DeWeerd sits in 3rd, 80 points back. Mustafa Henderson, quiet most of the season, has vaulted into 4th
place, 109 points back, and still has a shot at his first title. 5th place is Turd Ferguson, 118 back and 6th place is Duke McWerter 126 back. PHP Code:

Dixieland has some reliability issues. I don't know why the General Lee has 7 DNF's while our 88 car has 2. That's what you get when you run at the back of the pack all day long. We are still bringing up the rear.

Nice. Max Tolliver with his first career top-5 finish. No way he's contending this year, but hopefully this'll give him some momentum for a strong finish.

Toyota/Save Mart 350 at INFINEON RACEWAY
It was a huge day for Robbie DeWeerd. Coming into the race 80 points back of the points lead DeWeerd led the race's final 18 laps and won the race, gaining a substantial amount of points on points leader Nick Phillips who finished 17th. 2nd place Chris Snow finished 5th. The points standings have definitely been shaken up. PHP Code:
