Well, I have to vote for somebody with votes to save myself from cronin. This guy has acted suspiciously all day.

Blade, the very idea that Saldana isn't going bananas right now reacting to votes against him for something he considers illogical supports the idea that he isn't a bad guy. I recognize this is a bit of a reach, but you have played enough games with him to know that he goes bonkers when cornered in these games. But today he has removed himself from the conversation until right before the deadline.

Again, I really don't want to be forced to cast a vote against him because I don't think he is the enemy today. There are three of them out there, so I think we have pretty good odds of getting one. But we won't if you vote for me and I don't think we will if we vote for Saldana.

Not casual at all -- when I had to drop out of the last game because Barkeep had some info on there I shouldn't have seen, I promised him my next day 1 vote.

I like to keep my promises.

I think the way he denyed it is far more eyebrow-raising than the act itself. If he had offered an explaination it would've been fine, but instead he was all 'What threat?' then 'Oh that threat, well I don't know who I was talking about'.

Thats the problem, he went bonkers when it all went down and he had the three vote lead. It was after he convinced fouts off and a few other canidates came up that he went calmer(or personal life, which he openly stated was a problem today). Im not saying he went sndvls crazy , but his off the wall defense claiming how pissed he was, threatening votes, and then accusing me of being after him(which i am now, but wasnt then) seems pretty bonkers to me. No?

agree with tanglewood's analysis ... my guess is that Blade (or whoever did that) was trying to get saldana out of the game ... and if it was Blade, he's now trying to divert attention away from a play that didn't work out

OK, then why not make the vote count since as it sits right now we have a legitimate race emerging that doesn't involve Barkeep? You put out the ceremonial vote, but with 30 minutes left today it isn't going to be a factor in making today's decision.

I recognize that by pushing you in this way you could just cast it on me and put me in danger. But I don't think that would end up looking too good when the deadline rolls around ...

Exactly. He was either clearly manipulated or is very effectively acting the part.

I don't buy for a second that he mis-reacted to a vote that wasn't to him.

If you want to push further, I will vote for you. But you do make a point, so I'll ask if anyone's got a vote count handy and will then decide whether to switch or not.

Upon re-reading posts 144-154 Saldana does sound pretty strange/paranoid without much provocation. But I still think he would be here fighting bitterly to the end if he were a Dimir based on past behavior.

Using manipulation on day 1 seems odd, as it would be better used late in the game after the seer reveals to clear yourself or something similar. I did not manipulate saldana in any way, am not bad in any way, and dont want to be lynched. Test any of that if we have a truthful comment guy.

He just said he had personal life problems that wouldnt allow him to be here...i understand what your saying, but personal life trumps dimir life.

I'm going to go with Blade for the vote
1.) I don't want to kill the one guy who knows Magic on Day 1
2.) In terms of roles, Blade has a less important role
3.) I told Path to make his vote count, so I should do the same

Speaking of real life, I've gotta run. I find it odd that hoops singled out my vote on barkeep than the other one-person voters (including him), but the most suspicious is saldana.

Path, the difference between the two of us is that I was likely in a position of having to move my vote later for self-preservation. You were not under any such pressure.

The only other person with one vote out there is Chubby. I would encourage him to make his vote count as well, but he wasn't in the room to talk to about this.

I nearly flipped a coin here, frankly. So if he comes up guilty I won't really pretend to take credit.

If only because he went after Saldana and I think it's more likely Saldana is a good guy being manipulated than a bad guy acting a bit stupid and getting himself noticed.
