Looks like Arizona scored a FG. I just realized that in the team with Hasselbeck, Fitz, and Hightower, I've got Rackers as well. So that's going well.

You sure you're not a closet Arizona fan? I would have thought Hasselbeck would be a good pickup for you for this game at least. Houston came back big against the Cards in the second half last week, so it still may turn out to be a good pickup. Campbell has actually put up some decent fantasy numbers and going against KC, you would have thought more of the same for him. I picked him up when I lost both McNabb and Hasselbeck to injuries. I think you can safely drop him now.

Volmer is protecting very well today (again the weather is prolly helping).

Edelman was what...6th or 7th round pick? one of those "take a speedy athletic qb and convert him" project type guys. But man he's improving by leaps and bounds. course if you want a "wes welker type" slot receiver i guess it helps to have the original there to teach him. it's nice to have him as an option - takes some of the big hits away from welker...

Oh I know that. But Meriweather has been showing up all year. He's the one who was in on the strip of McKelvin in the Bills game. I just wanted to point that out since he delivered that wallop.

I think the Pats fans are already over this game and are just making general comments .

Meriweather's looked good all year, and even shown some ball hawking explosiveness reminding me of Asante early on. Mayo has just be destroying people since his 1st game in the NFL.

I can't remember the last NFL season with so many piss poor teams. Maybe one or two teams, but this season it seems like there are 6-8 teams who have no chance unless they are playing one another.

Brace was a BC-guy...and a local guy for us here (he's a Worcester-boy). Once he picks up the Pats complicated D I'm sure he'll be great.

Welker was so open on that one he could have crawled 10 yards into the endzone without anyone touching him.

What a pathetic performance for the Titans D when one of the top QB performances of the week was put up in only 2 quarters of play.

Oh yeah, I don't think he's doing bad. Pryor's just shown more than most thought and maybe leapfrogged him. Good situation.

Buffalo sure played the Patriots better than them.. Or did Buffalo finally end up winning a game at some point?

Has a team ever not came back out for the 2nd half? Maybe the Titans should think about it to stop the Pats from scoring.

Brady with 5 touchdown passes in the 2nd quarter. Hell, let's see him get 5 more in the 3rd. Why not?

DT WTF Burncoat is not a Catholic high school. ..........I went to St Peters and would have been shocked if a football player and of his size ever attended their. They had some pro babseball players (Ron Darling, Rich Gedman, Tanyon Sturts etc) but no FB players.

They have a million photos/newspaper clippings/etc of Ron Darling as a highschooler in the Millbury TGI Fridays I found.

Is Vince Young so damaged that he's not better than Kerry Collins right now? 1-10 with an INT after basically stinking the entire year, ouch... Collins and Delhomme competing for the "washed up veteran who should have retired a year ago" award.

Not at all -- I wouldn't have picked up Hasselbeck otherwise! I went with two guys facing weak pass defenses, thinking that if they had big games I might try to trade them, otherwise I'd just drop them. Still, both my teams look good for wins anyway: In the league with Campbell, I'm up 68-41 with Hightower, McCoy, Marshall, Gates, and Pats D for me, and McNabb, Forte, Boldin, Tony Gonzalez, and Akers for him. In the league with Hasselbeck, I'm up 88.4 to 56.4 with Hasselbeck, Hightower, Fitz, Bodden, and Rackers for me, and Ryan, Michael Turner, Vincent Jackson, Celek, Calvin Pace, and Gostkowski for him.

It's like the score from when a football factory schedules a cream puff Div 1AA team to come ot their place for a thumping. Only the Titans won;t walk away with a check for a few hundred thousand.
