On the bright side, Tim Tebow's "No Contract" commercials were really good.

They better give it to a defensive player. This game was about Seattle's defense keeping Denver in check. Of course, just like Brady against the Rams, they'll find a way to give it to Wilson.

I have to believe a huge factor in this was coaching. Seattle looked so much more ready to play in every facet. Well done to them, they are clearly the best team this year

I lean Wilson just because he has basically been flawless and nobody else has really done enough. I could see giving it to Harvin or Smith as well.

I just hope people don't over compensate and say they are one of the greatest teams of all time. They are the best team this year, but they are by no means one of the all time greats.

Denver feasted on a weak AFC (as did all the top AFC teams). They beat a number of incomplete teams in the playoffs. Not saying I expected this type of beat down, but I can just hear it tomorrow.

To be fair, Seattle did come from a tough NFC though. in the AFC, it was weak, but in the NFC< and in their division in particular, it was more difficult.

I can't wait to tell my grandkids about how amazing of a performance it was that one night in February when Demaryius Thomas broke the reception record in the Super Bowl.

And with the legendary Peyton Manning set the record for completions in a Super Bowl (though he is averaging about 7 yards per completion).

Greatest teams other than maybe the 1985 Bears comes from seasons of excellence. If Seattle follows this up next year and/or the year after it would be fair to lump this team in there.

If this had been the 49ers in this same situation, Harbaugh would have thrown a fit

Agreed. Even the Bears had another few seasons of very good records, and were in the 84 NFC Championship game.

Also, I agree the Seahawks played in a very tough division, but they were not a dominant team throughout the season like the aforementioned Bears were.

Not with the salary cap. They won't be able to keep the team together.

Why not just punt there. It's not like the game is even in "maybe a miracle" territory. Especially since they were running the ball that drive anyway so it's not like they were going full tilt.

Once Wilson gets paid they'll be in the same boat as everyone else with a good QB.

I'm assuming Wilson will win MVP here, but there's really no good candidate. Pretty much a combined team curb stomp.

Nice ending to the season. If the Eagles can't win it the Seahawks are the only other team that I want to see win it.
