I am here. Sorry, I was working all day and didn't have a chance to check in.

Last night, I was able to complete the high level research. As a result, we have acquired a spawn detector. Basically, we can use it to determine how many spawn are remaining or we can use it to continually monitor two players to see if they are spawn.

Since we hit a spawn last night, the chances of success have increased.

That's interesting that we can use it to monitor players. How often are we able to change the settings, if you were told?

don't judge too harshly. Last game I ran into a similar situation. There are only so many night actions actions and so many people you have to eliminate. Especially when they all are out in the open like this and know who each other are.

Because each spawn gets an action and kills and converts etc... are not 100%, we are really making things tough on them now with likely only one full spawn left after lynch.

Here's the gist of the PM GE and I got from Barkeep about the high-level research being completed (and sorry this is my first chance to report on this):

Setting 1 (in use) - detects the number of spawn in the game.
Setting 2 - monitors 2 players to detect whether they are spawn; must be set on a player for a full cycle. Each scientist can change the players once per day (for free) as a day action.

GE and I can agree to change it to Setting 2, or you (JAG) can order us to do so. Not sure whether there are action points involved in that.

Now, that's all of the PM I got from Barkeep. If GE found out that the chances of success have increased, I wasn't included in that message. But I think he might simply mean that we have a better chance based on our suspicions of people.

Hey, food for thought regarding the brig. If JAG uses his secret role to put Shiggles and wheoever else in there, aren't they stuck in there until we get a warden to get them out?

Assuming Shiggles is a Spawn, we could care less there, but what about those others?

BTW, Barkeep also updated me on the medium-level research progress. I'm hoping we can finish today or tonight, based on what he said. He also said we would have TWO engineer-ifying tools available to start. Suppose we invest more crystal to get more tools?

If we know Shiggles can't hurt them in there, I was intending to put some people in there overnight for a few reasons:

1. We won't need them until morning.
2. If they were spawnlings that became spawn during the night cycle, they won't be able to attack anyone / anything.
3. It'll keep them protected if someone else mutated into a full spawn.

If we don't know for sure if he can attack them, I'll only put Shiggles in the brig.

holy cow brit! That's great! I wonder if it is a bit late for that though. still useful for sure I think. There are a few people that will be excellent targets.

So you two discuss this in thread? in PM? how do you agree? what happens if you submit different orders for it?

how long will you be able to keep him in there jag and how long does your warden last? YOu know if you don't give a finish date he will rot in there for good

And if the place gets damaged he definitely won't be able to exit.

JAG, i would put shiggles in there by himself...if we are right, then zinto dies, and shiggles is locked up over night...if there are any spawnlings left, they will evolve over night, but not have any actions, so we basically get a free day on monday, and dont have to worry about shiggles messing with anything or anyone over night.

i say we do that, and then on Monday, start over with scans of the top the officers by the 3 doctors, and lynch shiggles.
