I wonder if tonigh is the night the duke should step up. Would clear another player and if they duke Danny or Schmidty it clears some stuff up also.

BTW another perilous thing is if we believe Danny odds are the BG guards him which gives a free shot somewhere else. Another reason to kill Danny today IMO.

I don't think it's necessarily the case that he knew he was scanned. I think he just threw an early vote on one of the previous lead vote getters and got lucky that one was the seer (if Danny is telling the truth).

I just think it's too risky to lynch the potential seer when there's another way to know if he's telling the truth (by lynching Schmidty).

why does a wolf make this play, drawing that kind of attention to yourself never works out well. The only reason to make this play as a wold is if you are trying to set up a reveal as seer.

I think #3 is a huge longshot. I don't remember the last game where a wolf knew he was scanned and considering the vanilla ruleset this game I think it very unlikely something like that exists.

Why is it so unthinkable that Danny figured Schmidty was the seer, got spooked and fake revealed? Seems rather obvious. Way more lekely that happened then there is some strange mechanic in place where a wolf knows they were scanned.

I think at this point a vote for Danny is a vote that the seer is either Schmidty, Lathum, Clap or KWhit b/c there is no way the actual seer would vote with someone making a false reveal. I can't see the seer missing a deadline so that rules out Schmidty, Kwhit, and Lathum. It could be Clap, but I think I'm going to play it a little safer and go with the guy actually claiming to be the seer rather than the guy who has said nothing of the sorts.

I agree that Danny being spooked is a plausible scenario, but what doesn't add up is Schmidty's early vote, which, based on the timing and certainty, appeared that it was based on hard information.

I think Schmidty's early vote was more along the lines of, "Oh shit, I better not miss another deadline." than it was, "I have proof this guy is a wolf."

What do you want me to say? I've already told the truth, and it's only day two. I didn't even vote, so how can I defend myself. I did happen to be the Seer, what do I gain by outing myself. Danny's going to die either way, and so am I. I'd rather it be him first though.

Last time I read the rules we have a bodyguard.

I don't buy that you are the seer and scanned Danny last night though. If you didn't make the voting deadline you didn't make the night action deadline since they are both 9P.

My fear is that someone other than Danny may be the seer but is setting on it which in a small game like this could be terrible. In a big game that is one thing but I'd hate for the seer to be sitting on his role here on day 3 in a smaller game while letting us lynch another villager. Besides like I said the rules say we have a bodyguard, he could protect the seer if the seer isn't really Danny and the seer came forward.

I am confident however that Schmidty is not the seer.

We are at 11 today. So a bad lynch here brings us down to 9 assuming a night kill tonight. No night kill and we have to assume 10 with a conversion. One thing is for sure we don't have a whole hell of a lot of room for error left.

I explained why I missed the vote; however, I sent in my scan early yesterday because I missed my first scan so I wanted to make sure my scan was in early.

If I were a wolf, I would have given up by now. Plus, I think other wolves would be backing me up subtly before the big rush on me, but no one really did.
