ok the offseason. first thing first Carlisle became a privately traded company, which was great for me. i got a bug cash injection of around 7 million and doubled my transfer kitty up to 4 million. i also got a new pitch and improved the youth lvl up to 3. my wage budget shot up 5 million also up to 8.7 million!

now i still let a lot of people walk that wanted more $$ than i was willing or was just excess baggage. my squad is going to be smaller this season. i also got an offer from Brighton (new EPL team) for James "Action" Jackson for 500K and 20%. i decided to take that offer because hes in a contract year and hes already earning the max so i wouldnt be able to hold onto him. also he had a sub par year last season with 14 goals and a 6.81 avg. i got a huge buyout for Garney from Arsenal. Garney is a nice youngster with blazing speed, but his low technical abilities will keep him from being a stud. Arsenal offered me 2.13 million! that means he would have to be sold for over 8 million for me to get a better deal. i dont think he will be so i take the $$ and laugh all the way to the bank. so i bought him for 30k, he played 7 games in about 1.5 seasons and i got 2.15 million for him. thats a great deal!

mario martinez i picked up last september (free) but now he wants a new contract. hes a good versitile attacker, but i refused a transfer move and he then asked for a new contract. but he wants almost 500K more than im willing to offer him (and 400K more than im allowed to) so now hes pissed. i did sign Osbourne to new max contract but Frampton doesnt think i can match his ambitions so i didnt give him a new contract, his will run out in a year.

Moran strikes a goal before half, then a veteran i signed Grbic scored a great goal to tie it up and send it to extra time. 17 yo paul then places a shot into the net to win the game for us in extra time!
