RIght now you can go to the Yard. The Road and Trail seem to not be there anymore or you can stay here as well and investigate here.

The faces appear and you spit at tyke and swat at him with your knife. You miss.

The corpse of DV begins to sway and dance. You keep hearing the howling of the wind, but now it seems like the howls are wind instruments blowing different eerie notes. DV's corpse rises, his legs meatless and boney. He dances in a circle and does mariachi claps around you. His head rolls away from you and up DV's now-outstretched arm. It rolls up and up the tip of his other arm. He catches it and juggles it about until his head plops on top. He grins evilly and the trees pick him up, he slides down their branches like a skateboarder sliding a rail. He holds his head over the side to look down at you and smile. "Come join us Danny. Come Join us. It's great here. You will join us or die...."
He continues skating the trees off toward the cabin. You run off following him.

SO what exactly happened? Am I still here?

"DV! DV!" you shout and run towards him toward the yard up ahead. You continue running but he is nowhere in sight. YOu walk forward. But you are tripped up by a root. Another root wraps around you and another. One grabs your other foot and sends you head over heels. Another vine wraps around your throat and sqeezes. You scream and a branch enters your mouth. Your arms are entwined and snared. Then with a yank Danny is swept off his feet and pulls across the ground at an alarming speed.

The trees around you and the bushes all rustle in the wind. Their gnarled branches seem interlocked overhead and across, almost as if they form a giant cage.

You say that now. You look at the cabin way in the distance. It seems to form eyes. You almost hear it say "JOIN US" in a dark malevolent voice.

You look around. The trees really do start to move. From the fog of the bring comes a huge face as it moves it takes on more form, The woods coalesce around it. It face is huge with big red eyes It's body is treelike. It stamps toward you. You run like hell to the cabin and dive through a line of trees that is pounding on the cabin and in through the door.

The big creature does have legs, very large legs, the titan stomps toward the cabin. It shakes the ground.
