If we lynch a villager today we lose, unless we got VERY lucky with our lynch. based on the worst case scenario unless the priest has something to truly even the balance of the game today they should wait until tomorrow.

If there is a KNOWN villager going to the lynch then, sure, bring it out, but realize that person is dead overnight. Its gotta be knowledge that guarantees us a day 4.

I have to say, this no reveal on death rule really makes this rough. We would at least know about where we were at. Is the priest dead? Is the seer dead? Are we not getting reveals because of that? Is the priest not revealing because britt was a wolf? What happened with the seer's scans? Did their N0 scan get killed D1 or N1?

Sorry, more thinking out loud. Just getting my random train of thought out there.

You're absolutely right, i haven't offered up much and I'll tell you why:

1: it was day 1, we know nothing we can assume nothing and until day 2 there is no voting record to really study.

2: I was on the block, I literally had to reserve my own actions to protect myself. Nothing to hide there, self preservation is literally the main game mechanic.

3: I got no feel for anyone specifically until today when re-reading your posts


As for my thoughts on everyone right now:

I've got no real read on Eaglefan, Crimson, or Jackal none of them have really posted anything out of the ordinary. Eaglefan HAS been extraordinarily talkative this game as opposed to the last one, so I'm not writing him off yet.

You, Coffee, and Telle are all on my radar.

Coffee is posting things that make me feel like he's playing both sides against the middle, just a gut feeling but thats how it is.

Telle played the desperation game yesterday to avoid lynching, so other than always being suspicious of her because of how well i know her and how she acts/plays she's still on my watch list.

Thats what i've dug up thus far. I have nothing on the others at all.

1) I asked him to contribute and to his credit, he did
2) his weird actions (the vote that didn't count, the self vote) would be more of a sorcerer than a wolf move, if he's a baddie

this dropped off, CF why is it impossible for the village to win this game? for all we know brit was a wolf, the seer could easily still be alive and nail a wolf or two. no reveals make it hard but the wolves don't know anything either, they can easily be blindsided by seer/priest data

Sorry guys, been an emotional day. The good news is the mammogram six-months post-lumpectomy is clear (lump wasn't cancer, it was pre-pre-cancer.. but still scary as fuck). The bad news is I got pissed at RendeR for something stupid and went and hid in the bedroom instead of getting on the computer and catching up with werewolf.

I'm caught up now. I realized I had an issue with my database/website yesterday when trying to get the vote totals to work and that the issue would surface in trying to see Day 2 (and further) votes as the play-by-play I was posting for Day 1. I'll query it straight out of the database though and copy-paste to here.. it won't be as pretty as what I had yesterday though.

No, manually entering everything but it is still a LOT faster than trying to do it all in a spreadsheet.

This is my first time doing any web stuff, so even this much is quite the adventure for me. That is on my radar for a potential future upgrade though

On Day 1 I advocated for the Priest revealing on Day 2 so that we can get what info he has before he's dead, and to be able to read something into the Day 1 votes... but with the way I led a runaway vote on an inactive player at the end of Day 1, I'm not sure how much it would tell us. If brit comes back villager then the wolves could have easily jumped on the bandwagon with glee. So yeah, another way my Day 1 performance was less than stellar.

Me reading through most of today in just one sitting could be coloring my opinion, but I got the feeling that they were actively trying to disagree with each other. I'm not feeling warm and fuzzy about timmae, and seeing that kind of interaction makes me wonder if they're both wolves and trying to keep us from connecting them. I need to reread to see if that was happening most when timmae had votes on him.

I still feel Telle/CW combo nets one wolf and Jackal/RendeR the other. Maybe timmae is the sorcerer instead of CF?
