Vanilla Flavored Werewolf-Villagers Win

Saldana has had one post in which he showed that he was following the discussion, but really added nothing new to it. He mentioned nothing about his absence. Either he's a werewolf or cultist deliberately lurking to avoid attention, or he's having irl issues that he hasn't mentioned. If he is a wolf, we can then look at Mauchow.

Okay, I'll lay out the mau case.


mau puts a 2nd vote on Autumn after sal gets a second vote. Alone not a major issue.

mau is seemingly out until after the deadline only to return to immediately post that he (is a he? sorry, haven't played with some of you and whit will be confusing with another mau- it is another one right and not just a name change?) would have switched. (Sorry, that just jumps out at me for some reason, just going hunch there)

path posts his condemnation post of font (which I disagree with, I can't see a wolf making that play in order to save a fellow wolf).

mau jumps right on that to vote Autumn for day two. How many times do we see a wolf wait for someone to make a thought out point and then jump on board. Sets up the, well it wasn;t originally my idea excuse... I was just swayed.

Then I post my opinion of the font/Autumn vote that it would make even more sense to vote font. mau sways towards that.

All the while saldana has faded into the woodwork.


If I was to put odds on it I would say the wolves are:
mau and sal

second pick would be:
DT and path


Granted this is on a day and a half worth of play. Hopefully we learn something with this vote today.

If we were villager - villager yesterday it bears looking at those who made a vote, stuck with it and didnt seem to care much what happened.

I would actually put font closer to trusted than not at this point. That would be a seriously bad play as a wolf, at least in my book.

And EF is nuts to have already come up with THE wolf list based on zero votes. I know hunches sometimes are the way to go but not on a day one re-do I'm sorry..

95% gut, I'm usually pretty spot on with Mau and my gut so far tells me villager. Evidence wise, he isn't a bad vote, though I dont see a super strong case either.

I don't believe that font is a wolf based on last night or anything.

I think we probably have one wolf out front and trying to lead the village and one more in the "hanging back" style of chief rum/saldana/britrock/raiders army

EF fits that. However I can't say I've ever read EF all that well and perhaps its because he doesn't play enough anymore.

Font, i dont feel like going back to quote you but since you seem to have issue with my posting frequency, i will simply point out to you that this is how i always play (with the exception of missing the vote entirely yesterday). i do alot of reading along and observing during the first few days, and then i unleash those observations upon the unsuspecting wolves that i suspect...its actually been a rather effective playstyle over the years that for a time resulted in my being nightkilled on the first night in almost every game i played in.

given that you have no way of knowing this, i will not take it personally that you find my behavior wolfish (however i will point out that your attacks on me gained absolutely no traction, likely because others here are aware of this being normal for me)

all THAT said, i dont really have any strong feelings about anyone right now

When I am cultist in a small game, I dont play like this at all, I make it seem like I am likely wolf and try and get myself lynched because that is a good play for the wolves.

EF: During the last mafia game I played in, one guy went out of his way to defend me a bit. Turns out that he was a wolf and my support of him almost cost town the game. Call me paranoid and take it as a compliment that I would prefer you to be checked instead of lynched.

I just don't think font is a wolf now and I dont really want to go with Mauchow. I actually think the wolves are likely out of our list of candidates. I could go Brit or Path for sure
