While it would be great to weaken someone for tomorrow's challenge, the only people on their tribe required to play in tomorrow's challenge are Hoops and EagleFan. Hoops is a definite no-no in my opinion and I remember EagleFan being pretty solid at werewolf as well.

So we're deciding this post-their tribal vote? Does that mean we'll have until 4:30 or something? Or are we voting now?

I think we're supposed to decide before they reach tribal council. Also, I received a message that I'm at 0 health which requires me to use all my points on recuperating.

Jackal, who do you think we should send?
Heybrad, Darth, or Chesapeake? Right now my #1 would Chesapeake and my #2 would be Darth (although I'm okay with Heybrad). |

Alright, I'll go ahead and flip to heybrad #1 and darth #2 so that way we have a consensus so something crazy doesn't happen like the person is chosen at random.

All right, I'm going to go ahead with Heybrad #1, Darth #2, as that seems to be the general consensus.

DAY FOUR CHALLENGE
Day four on FOFC Island. Are you ready for another challenge? Up for grab today is again the immunity idol. Winner will go back to camp, loser will go to Tribal Council.
Today's challenge is an obstacle course. You will need runners to cross a course set out over the water. The course includes stepping stones suspended by rope, rolling barrels, a balance beam, a floating bridge and a net ladder. At the opposite end of the course you will find flags in your tribe colors. You must retrieve the flag and return it back over the same course. It won't be that easy, however. While you are attempting to cross the course, members of the other tribe will be attempting to knock you into the water. They will have these large sandbags on ropes, which they will attempt to swing and hit the runners with. Any runner knocked into the water, or who falls into the water while crossing, must swim back to the start. Each team will pick two people to swing bags at the other team, and three runners. The runners will take turns attempting to retrieve flags, one at a time. The first team to retrieve five flags will win the challenge, and immunity. The Villagers tribe will need to sit out one contestant. You may not sit out the same contestant twice in a row. |

I have average aim, average teamwork (could come into play for the bag throwers), good at swimming, and average at running so I'm probably better off being a runner.
Also, I'll be all the way back up to 7 in health by the time of the challenge. |

Also, should we start discussing possible strategies today about how we might be able to flip votes from the other team if we merge at 5-5 or 6-4 since we may merge tomorrow?

The only swimming in this challenge is if you get knocked off. It says the runners will take turns. If runner 1 is knocked in the water that is their turn and runner 2 tries. It only becomes an issue if both people are in the water and runner 2 gets back before runner 1. I wouldn't factor in the swimming part as much as other skills IMO

so is there any teamwork ideas for the runners? I think I may add to my pm that I want to focus on not getting hit, and thus having to swim back.

I don't think any of us are allowed to be on the course at the same time so I don't think teamwork will come into play. I'm guessing running and swimming would be the most important attributes but I could be wrong. I see teamwork coming into play with the bags though. |

DAY FOUR CAMP RESULTS
Your first night in camp not having to attend tribal council. Even better, a night knowing that the other tribe was having to send one of their own home. And sending another to Exile Island. Near perfection.
However, it's not enough to make you forget about the aches and pains from the challenge, or about how miserable it is to sleep in a windy, rainy, insect infested shelter. You all spend most of the day resting. Greyroofoo and SnDvls put a little more work into the shelter but it hardly makes a dent on what needs to be done. Jackal catches a nice batch of fish, but you mostly rely on your stores. You still have enough food to eat, though you're down to less than a day's supply now. You have fire, but you have only a rudimentary shelter. That leaves you each losing 2 health points (after the challenge takes place). |

Come on in to tribal council. Light your torches and sit down.
Your tribe is here for the third time. After a an exhilarating win, today's defeat must be frustrating. What are the thoughts around camp? |

Four days on the beach isn't that long in the grand scheme of the game, but it's a long time to go without any real shelter. Are you guys frustrated that you're still getting rained on? Or is this a macho thing?

DAY FIVE CHALLENGE
It's day five of your stay on the Islands of FOFC. There are now ten of you left, out of the original 14. Today you will have yet another challenge. But tonight no one will be going home.
Instead you will be playing for a reward on day five. The winner of the challenge will receive supplies including tarps and ropes that will allow you to improve your shelter. You will also receive foodstuffs, a meal of cheeseburgers and fries, and vegetables and meat to add to your food stores. The winners of the challenge will also choose someone from the other tribe to go to Exile Island. The person chosen will leave immediately after the challenge and not return until the next challenge. For today's challenge you will need to order your team from strongest to weakest. Each member of the tribe will be paired against one member from the other tribe. They will have to climb a set of poles and stand balancing only on two pegs, using nothing else but their elbows or shoulders. Their goal will be to outlast the person they are paired against. Every ten minutes those still standing will be told to lower themselves down to the next set of pegs, which will be smaller than the ones before. Each contestant who outlasts their opponent wins a point for their team. If the two tribes tie, the win will go to whoever was the winner of the last standing pair.. Villagers will need to sit out two contestants for this challenge. They may not sit out the same person twice in a row. |

Do we necessarily want to order like that though? Perhaps we should put some strategy into it so we can maximize our chances?

I also don't necessarily think physical strength come into play here. On the show, smaller girls actually tend to do better at this challenge.
I think stamina and maybe scrappyness (does that include ability to withstand pain?) might come into play here. |
