Is this what it feels like for your team to win a championship? I'm still on cloud nine, trying to figure out what photo to put up for my desktop wallpaper.
Also, the parade was freaking glorious. I think the Phillies just made my year. |

So far going with the McGraw/Lidge one. Right now seems to be the closest to what sports were like in my prime sports ages growing up (I guess I was given false advertisement). Though it is still far from even that kind of success. The Flyers had come off back to back championships and had a strong showing in the playoffs every year. The Sixers were contenders and won in 83. The Phillies came off a few Division titles to finally get over the hump and win a World Series and would return just three years later. The Eagles would be in the playoffs and make the Super Bowl, though not win. Then the mid to late 80's came and I found out what Philly sports were really like.
