You have low expectations for UCLA. They just lost by 25 in the NCAA tourney to the gophers who were lucky to score 50 the latter part of the season.

UCLA should be a top 20 team every single year or at least be a top 10 team every 3-4 years. They should be able to pick their recruits almost every single year like unc,Kentucky, and duke. UCLA should own the west coast and recruiting. If being Missouri is fine with you than Howland is doing a good job.

He just won a championship and his recruiting has been stellar. Not comparable. They will be a top 10 team next year.

Well, Chuck is right about the call. Either he's still moving because his foot is not set or he was in the circle. I've seen some people say that it's a plane not a space so if his foot was not set, he was still breaking the plane.

Iowa State is a good team and played well. Arizona is due for a game they dont show up. I think Ohio State is in fabulous shape to make the final 4.

Man, don't even get me started on this. Romar takes UW basketball higher than it's been since a brief run in the early '50's, but two years of going to the NIT instead of the NCAA and now the vocal idiots want him gone or at least on a scorching hot seat next year? Howland is a good coach, but he lost his way at UCLA and has created a toxic situation that he'd have a very hard time recovering from. Time for him to start over elsewhere.

There's no reason UCLA should settle for someone that can't have them in the top-3 in the conference every year, winning it more than they don't, making the NCAA annually and competing for titles 2-3 times per decade.

This game is ridiculously physical. The refs should have attempted to take that out of the game early because it's a bit silly.

Yeah, I'm used to seeing Zeller get foul calls every time someone coughs near him. So this is a little jarring, especially with the idea that the NCAA games aren't supposed to be as physical as Big Ten hoops.

They obviously watched the film of how to beat Indiana (see: Wisconsin and Ohio St films) because they're absolutely pushing the limit of how rough you can play without being called a foul. I don't know how Temple plays normally but their 120th AdjDefEfficiency tells me they shouldn't be completely dismantling Indiana.
