it definitely does not. Let me ask you, all of you, who here is the best person skills and knowledge-wise to deal with the Russians...would it not be someone who has the most experience with them? I will likely know whomever is the leader of the group they have sent and possibly some others. That is why I should remain the leader and why I am fighting so hard to stay in the position. Grover clearly thinks he is the best suited and I disagree.

Well it was the day after schmidty was killed, so I guess that someone was going to get that ability to hunt for the murderer. EF is probably kicking himself for giving it to me, I've done a super awesome job so far.

At this point in time, shouldn't we be far more concerned about the people murdering from WITHIN our group and not the Russians who may or not be landing anytime soon?

He's actually been a viable bottom 6 forward this year and has shown some chemistry with PEB and VV - but.. he's not being paid like one.

I just meant it was an interesting vote to choose Grover - could've used the same rationale against any of us who are voting for a new election, but you chose to do it in response to an RP post, which seemed super reactive/defensive.

Naturally you don't want to be voted out, but I think we want as much vote rationale from everyone as possible, you included. So voting for him just because of that post isn't going to cut it - that post doesn't suggest he's a bad guy just because he wants a re-election.

Also, some of us voting for re-election aren't necessarily doing it because we're anti-you - no lynch/night action could be beneficial to the colony.

Jackal, could you expand on why having no actions for a day is beneficial for the colony? I understand there will be no kills, but there is also no interrogations or other abilities that folks have.

I'm a bit leery to a one day stall for OOC reasons. I have been hopeful this game will be finished by next wednesday. I'm leaving for canada and will not have any internet access until I get back, so if this isn't wrapped up I'll get yanked from the matrix. Of course, if I'm dead by then and the game is still going, then it's no big deal.

Did EF say anything about overall colony actions? I guess some of it is unknown. I was thinking more along the lines of building structures, weapons, defense, exploring, etc would still be available, but individual role abilities might not be.
