I could never listen to the song "Super Freak" again after seeing this frickin movie. The best scene in the movie, by far.

I read that and watched the video. He feels the way one card was dropped was done purposely to bend a corner, but look when they turn the cards, they fall a lot harder than when the "tampered" card was dropped. The corner could have easily been bent that way.

To claim that the video he linked "blows the lid off of the 1985 draft" was just a bit of a stretch.

That Corey Feldman performance was the inspirtation for my favorite Mr. Show sketch of all-time (the Josh Fenderman one).

The Siege. The threat of middle eastern terrorists blowing up NYC results in martial law and all Arab-American suspects are persecuted and grilled for information. That sums it up.

I was digging through the sports journal over at IHOF during some draft downtime. I hadn't seen the two videos I did for the league in a while. Our league kicks ass.

Guess this is the place to show off the local soccer talent

Andres Vasquez, scoring with a Rabona kick in a game in the Swedish Premier League.

First the broadcast in Swedish:

Then the Spanish broadcast

And finally, David Dunn of Birmingham tried to copy the attempt this weekend after the first goal got international media coverage.

It's not techically youtubing since it is google video, but same concept.

Anyway:

Greatest performance by a marching ensemble in history (my opinion, of course).

The 2002 DCI Championship performance by The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps, entitled Frameworks. Highest score ever received from the judges (tied recently, but that was a joke).

That was mindblowing. Inspirational, moving.. I could use about a billion adjectives for it if I had them readily available to me at the moment.

Totally unexpected emotional impact.
