I will agree on Fantasyland. I am actually reading it for the 2nd time since i am also signed up in two Auction leagues. I think it is an incredibly well done look inside Fantasy Baseball.

Next year i think i will see if i can get the FOFC group to do an auction league. It is by far one of the coolest experiences, fantasy baseball wise.

Very good pick for this late.

I was looking at picking him up, but for some reason didn't pull the trigger.

a 30 hr guy from the 2b spot. Well done.

Ultimately I looked at the players left on the board and thought "if I don't grab a 2B now, there won't be much left there by my next pick." Uggla's 2H collapse concerns me but hopefully he'll rebound.

1st half of 2008 Uggla is very good, 2nd half of 2008 not so much which is why i strayed away from him.

I was wrestling with Uggla last round for the same reason. I would have probably picked him in 2 if you hadn't gotten him, tho

In the end the power potential from that spot swayed me, well, that and the lack of depth at the position.

Man, these picks seem harder this year than in years past. A lot more inconsistency from year to year. Went "safe" last pick, took a chance this pick

I haven't gone SP yet because honestly, I see huge question marks with every SP out there outside of the big 3 or 4.

I need to move on some eventually but I don't have a feel for any of them.

There is really some very good pitching still available so i wouldn't really worry plus pitching is such a crapshoot for the most part.

I took the approach of filling out my team with balance. I have some guys who have power, who knock in runs, who hit for average, who steal some bases. I wanna be consistent all over and see how it shakes out.

I just don't know what to make of him. Would anyone be surprised if he hit anywhere from 15-45 homers or .250-.300? At CF, the former makes him horribly replaceable and the latter an absolute monster.

Given that he qualifies at all 3 OF positions, at the very worst he should be useful, at the very best he's a steal. Depending on who you like, LF is starting to get thin for reliable starters so his value is certainly higher there than CF or RF.

I'll be around for a few hours every now and then. If it gets to me at pick 11, if someone PM's me I'm more likely to make it because I can get a ring on my phone.

Good pick in terms of upside, especially in that ballpark. I think he was on everyone's sleeper list.

No idea what to do here. Harden is huge risk and huge reward. Lackey is solid. We'll see.

You're absolutely right. He's never stayed healthy for very long but man can he pitch. I'm sure he and Zambrano were right at the top of the Ron Shandler's "probable" injuries list at that seminar, right cubboyroy?

I'm just going to have to make my later SP picks work and it'll work out. If Harden goes down, and the other picks suck, well, it can be real bad

I considered Harden at the last pick, I think it will work out and jeez, as long as he's not hurt at the end of the year and you can get in the playoffs, you're probably happy to have him.
