I wanted to slow play this information so we could get something out of this day rather than a rush onto a player, especially when we don't know for sure that this is damning information.

I purchased the Cookie Ladies yesterday and sent them to britrock. Why brit? He had a singleton vote yesterday and was one of two players who didn't get additional votes after their initial one (not counting whoever path switched off of). I also thought he was a bit off his normal self (though he obviously seems pretty busy and it could just be that). I also felt pretty strongly that he didn't buy the seer based on the price paid for the seer. Obviously the fact that he was unable to use services last night coupled with the 'no night kill without the BG being purchased' looks fairly suspicious for him, especially when he didn't come out and mention his night with the ladies or that he bought the night kill with his first post today. I confirmed with Autumn that even if he didn't purchase a service he would still be aware that the service was used against him.

So either we had a stroke of really good luck here or what I mentioned early in the day regarding mafia-on-mafia night kill happened and brit was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I think the coincidence of no night kill when he was prevented from using services, his initial check in post lacking the information about what happened yesterday evening, and the reasons I gave for sending him the ladies in the first place are pretty good reasons to vote his way today.

I think JAG is probably town based on his actions and Chief's check. Britrock's refusal to come forward is pretty damn suspicious, so I'm happy to vote for him. Of course, if brit flips town, I'll be taking a closer look at JAG.

That does look somewhat bad for Brit but I don't think it looks extremely bad. If a villager bought the night kill should they come out and reveal they did so, so we do not end up chasing Brit for the wrong reason.

Jag used the Cookie lady on Brit so he believed that Brit was stopped from using a night action and had bought the night kill but did not get to use it. Jackal actually bought the night kill and tried to use it on Font but was unable to because she was in the mafia.

I personally find the story fishy, especially coming out after my post. I think Jackal and brit are mafia teammates and Jackal is using their "night kill" on font to move the vote away from brit. Of course that would mean we'd have three mafia in our sights which would be pretty sweet for D2.

I'm actually kinda wondering if Jackal and Font are opposing mafia, and the hitman can't be used on opposing mobsters either.

It's kinda hard to swallow a fake reveal like this one, since he's a dead man tomorrow if font comes back good.

I'm not saying she might not be a wolf, she could be a wolf on the other team. Or they could have bet on font and want to cash in, though that is probably less likely. I just don't think a villager outspent two wolf teams on the night kill and sent them against a random person and I distrust this swing that just happened.

Hey I'm all for voting Brit tomorrow - it wasn't quite random, I picked a spot I thought a wolf might vote and knew it was a huge risk if it came up villager. But at least then I'd have more cash
