Basically as I see it, Barkeep asserts: We need to keep the wolves from controlling the vote. Lathum responds: The wolves DON'T control the vote on Day 1, they don't have to. To which I would add: We actually WANT the wolves to drive the vote on day 1, it gives us something to possibly analyze later on.

The idea that wolves manipulating later on is a good one. I guess I'm just frustrated at how little we wolves on d1 and hadn't thought about the long term ramifications. I have to think about that.

Indeed. And path is often quiet early on in the games even when he does cast a vote. That's good enough for my "quiet" vote attempt, with the obvious provisio that I will try to save myself if needed.

I haven't found anything significant to post about (i.e. I have nothing to add). If someone did something I felt was wolfish, I would post it. This is only my second game (the other one being Alan T's tombstone game a while back) and I'm trying to get a feel for it again so I can be more active in the coming days and post something substantial. All I can say is that I am an Olympian.

Anxiety revealed as Aries, no guarentee its real, but I'm willing to give him a day at least to prove himself.

I don't see Bk's actions thus far as particularly Titan-like. He's also trying to outthink the system which can be a good sign that he's thinking to much and probably isn't a titan because of it. The Titans are probably sitting back hoping we do exatly what we've been doing.

I'm asking for a few others to join BK and I. Come on folks, leave anxiety alone for today, lets geton either path or Racer. I'll go with whichever gets rolling best.

Realize Pass, that as we got started we weren't sure there were any rules/modifications in place to prevent a mass reveal from giving us a real advantage, and it HAS worked in other games.

Don't know about you, but perhaps you should give BK a "pass" on this one?

Info in general is a good thing. In most games it simply means people wait until day 3 or 4 to get that info out there. But the sharing of info was good in Upstairs/Downstairs, it was good in my game, it was good in Neon's game, and it's good here. Perhaps people don't like this on d1, as there are evils involved, but in the long run sharing of info is good. I simply preach this early and often.

I frankly see him as incredibly inconsistent. There are, I feel, many games where he doesn't add much value. There are, of course many where he adds great value.

I'm not saying your wrong, path is a very strong player, but when it comes down to it tonight, we have tons of options and no real evidence. lets at least stick together on someone for tis last 30 minutes and see what comes up?

that is one of the dumbest theories I have ever heard.

It's day 1, there are always a ton of options and and no evidence. And the WORST THING you can do is stick together on day 1. If everyone sticks together day 1 we LEARN NOTHING down the road.

Playing in about 50 games I have learened alot of peoples tendancies. Path isn't one to miss day 1 without reason and I think he deserves a pass.

So, right now it looks like a three horse race with Anxiety (revealed as Ares), Barkeep, and Path. I don't think I'll leave my vote just hanging on Lathum if these are the options today.

Actually, you're wrong there. if we try to work together here and we get any real resistance then we have a focus for suspicion on day 2, no?

I don;t think you're a titan riht now, I'm not certain of path12, but he's on a list of those that have nothing going for them atm either. I trust BK for now, anxiety has reveaqled as Aries.

Where else should we look Lathum? Take a stand, pick someone to go after and give us a good reason why they're any BETTER of a choice than path or racer or raiders or any of the non-main people.

Work WITH us man, even if you don't vote with us, at least try to help.

I'm still trying to make sense out of Anxiety's play. He reveals as an Olympian and has disappeared.

Data points for me on Anxiety:
- no one countering his reveal is to his benefit
- however, Alan has said that there are safeguard against a mass reveal and there is a pretty extensive list of roles (more than 19) and a note that more roles may exist than listed
- Ares strikes me as an Olympian who may have their own victory conditions
- why isn't Anxiety sticking around to try and help us make the right decision if he felt strongly enough about it to reveal earlier?

Just trying to figure out the sequence of events. I've got the idea in my head that we just might have been on the verge of a good day one vote. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but would like to hear what others think (preferably quickly).
