Grandpa reveal: Worth it or terrible idea?

If his power is not a one-shot (and I really hope it isn't because otherwise whaaaa?) he definitely shouldn't reveal. If it is a one-shot, he's pretty much a vanilla townie at this point.

I can't imagine someone can do that multiple times a game. If I was him I would stay quiet. A COT of one doesn't really help and it will help the wolves if they go seer hunting. Unless they are on the block I think they should stay silent for noe

I agree with this line of thinking. I was pretty sure, however, that I'm about the only person around here that likes the idea of not lynching on D1 as a way to build up voting history without offing a probable villager. Perhaps, though, when combined with this perk:

it would become more appealing to somebody to cancel the day/night. That quoted section also leads me to believe that our seer will get a scan tonight, FWIW--good to stay one step ahead of the wolves. But the Grandpa play also leads me to wonder what villager role is out of play, given this:

Wow, I can barely read this page. Could've used CF and Danny to get us to a new one.

I think it makes a lot of sense for Grandpa to use the power now. There's no guarantee they would live til tomorrow, all the wolf roles are still in the game so it messes them up to the maximum, and Westley/Inigo presumably get their scans so it's just a free day for us. The way the role was written, I figured the lynch would've been revealed though, which would've given us more info for today.

I like the idea of keeping the voting fairly open for a while longer.

Not a fan of this sequence. I state I will likely be gone the rest of the night. Right after DT puts a hit and run on me, then unvote a little later under the pretense he wants a 3 way. Then Britrock votes me a little later.

Almost seems they were trying to maybe get some traction on me knowing I wouldn't be back.

I am always nervous when someone who has no heat on them says they will be gone fr a period of time, then gets votes after they leave and can't defend themselves.

I am leaning towards Britrock. DT went early last game, so I would pick Brit over DT at this point.

Since I haven't played with Katy I'm still thinking about how to interpret her responses. The over-the-top defensive nature of her posts initially strike me as wolfy (I remember getting hyper defensive the first couple times I was a wolf and got early votes) but I could also see them be legitimate venting.

Also definitely a solid change she threw a "Screw you guys, I'm going home" grandpa move.
