I think that would be an easy "no" answer - no reason to think mckerney is a ghoul based on what we've seen.

I think asking where the ghouls are in relation to people is too complex, will require a lot of individual answers, or something which turns into "there are ghouls within two rooms of x players!", which really doesn't help anyone.
