Not a fan of this post. Aside from the fact that GE and I didn't have a meaningful discussion about anyone (he mentioned I should be considering brit based on the logic I used to choose him, I pointed out that didn't make sense and asked for an explanation), it looks like you're trying to set the narrative for tomorrow.

It was just a brief exchange yes, but in a day of not a lot going on, it stuck out to me. And I'm not trying to set any sort of narrative for tomorrow, just laying out my thinking. Which is a pretty common way of going about things you know.

We have jumped ahead slightly into the future but not to the present. Do you think that will happen every day? Or is this a deliberate jump? I like to think GE did this as his dying wish for me.

Things are no longer the same, and have just gotten serious. You sense a growing power that wants to see harm come to you.

Um, since Schmidty is dead so I don't think we can vote Mau off. If we do then I would assume all those Mau votes don't count(because he is dead and not able to be voted on) so everyone who voted for Mau is now a tie with the 3 pt penalty of a no vote. (Assuming we don't jump forward and never actually hit day one).

Unless you assume we never hit day one again or that I'm wrong in killing him off means your votes don't get the penalty, then feel free to get rid of Mau.

You're right. I just wasn't expecting Schmidty to die there.

JAG: I get what you mean, but your connection to mau is making me nervous. I'll do a re-read tomorrow with a possible team between you in mind, and see what turns up.

Looks like each Day is the equivalent of one decade. Thus, Day -3 is in the 80s, Day -2 is in the 90s and Day 1 is in the 2010s. Day -1 is probably in the 2000's, but it looks like there isn't a Day 0. From a mathematically point of view, that really bothers me.

I imagine day progression happens normally unless there is a time shift - question is whether that can happen midday or only at deadlines, and if we'll have any indication beforehand that it is coming .. probably not. But I would expect the next day to be D-1 if it's a normal progression.
